Breaking Lines - [Vampire rp]

"no, we're not going there." he said to Bly and then looked up as he saw Fayt exit his house. he waved.
"Hey, Fayt!" he called. "good morning."
he cast a nervous glance up at the sky. they'd still have time, his instinct told him.

Fayt completely didn't hear Drake with the headphones blasting. He only took notice when he turned and saw Drake waving. He immediatly pulled them out of his ears and waved back. "Aren't you noramlly asleep by now?" he called back and noticed Bly. So he wasn't going to be taking him for a walk.

Patrick's eyes fluttered a bit at the noise from outside that brought him out of his sleep. He looked down at Judith and smiled warmly-kissing her gently on the shoulder so not to wake her.

Drake walked over.
"Yeah, usually. i'm just trying to find Judith. oh, and Koko wants to see you." he added, trying to organise everything.
"have you seen Judith about?" he asked. it was a somewhat defunct question since Fayt would probably have been alseep, but it was worth a try.

"Oh...ok," Fayt responded to the first statement. "Judith? Um-no....I haven't seen her. I woke to some laughter in the middle of the night but didn't bother to check it out." He patted Bly on the head and then shoved his hands in his pocket. He looked at Drake trying to figure out why Judith was missing.

Patrick shifted out carefully of the bed so he didn't disturb Judith's rest-trailing more sweet kisses. Then he tucked the sheets warmly around her and put on a pair of pants so that he was half decent. He tip-toed quietly and shut the door without a sound. Then he proceeded to the kitchen to start breakfast.

"Laughing, huh?" Drake said, raising his eyebrows and casting a glance over to Patrick's house. "huh. Well thanks kiddo. I'll be round at our -" he stopped and corrected himself quickly "Koko's house soon."
he flushed slightly and turned to head over to Patrick's house.

once there he knocked on the door, more concerned with finding Judith (and getting out of the now worryingly close dawning light) than politeness in waking people up.

Fayt took notice and gave a questioning look,, but said nothing. "See ya around," he said simply putting the earphones back on and heading towards the shop.

Patrick paused in his task when he heard the knock at the door.

Now who could that be at his hour?

He comb his fingers through his hair and double checked to make sure his pants were zipped. He then proceeded the the front door.....surprised to find Drake and Bly at the doorstep. "Out for a morning run?"

"Just taking Bly out for a walk before I have to head back." Drake explained.
"Hey, do you know where Judith is? Koko's kind of worried and we need her home, really."
he said, looking Patrick up and down and a knowing smirk twitching the corners of his mouth as he tried ot repress an all-out grin.
"I trust you two had fun then?" he said, deciding that Judith was bound to be here.

Patrick laughed nervously and rubbed the back of his neck. "Come on in....I'll um...go get her," he replied. "Help yourself to some coffee in the kitchen."

He quietly went back to his room....wondering why on earth Drake couldn't ket her sleep a few hours and then let her leave-if she wanted. But he decided it might be best so he didn't have to be explaining himself to the family when they woke. He sat down at the edge of the bed and woke up seductively with roaming hands and kisses. He grinned when she aroused and pulled her too him. He nibbled her ear as he relaid what Drake had said....then when she saw the time he could have sworn that the blood drained from her faces. She seemed to scamble to get dressed quickly-which took him by surprise. When she was ready he escorted her to Drake.

Drake hung around in the kitchen and couldn't' resit nosing into the cupboards and drawers as if they yielded secrets. he was caught in the act as Patrick and Judith returned.
"Thankyou very much Romeo." Drake joked

"I suppose thats a nickname I could put up with," Patrick smiled nervously. "Are you sure you don't want some breakfast? I was just starting to prepare it." Bly stood up on his hind legs and leaned on the counter. He sniffed and then stole a couple pieces of bacon.

Patrick couldn't help but chuckle.

"Bly - I'm sure your mum won't approve." Drake mock-scolded. He looked out of the window and mentally swore. he wasn't sure how he'd manage to get back in time before the sun rose completely. They might have to run.
"hey, we really should be off..." he said, his nerves showing through slightly.

Patrick noted the uneasyness. "If you're in a hurry...." he replied. "Then why don't I give you a ride. My brother won't miss his vehicle for the few minutes its gone." He grabbed the keys and jingled them. "It's parked out in the driveway," he said punching the button on the little remote keychain to unlock it from inside.

Drake smiled in relief.
"That'd be great, thanks."

Patrick nodded and led them outside. He didn't bother with shoes. He slid into the driver's seat and once they were buckled in he started up the engine and pulled out.

Staring at the road ahead....speeding just a little he....

"I think I figured it out....." he said simply. "You're both like Koko aren't you? With the whole....allergy to the sun thing."

It was the only thing that could explain their actions.

Drake got in.
"uh..." he paused and exchanged a glance with Judith. Wondering whether to admit it or not. Patrick had prompted it, and it would explain things.
"Yeah, basically. hence why we know each other - the internet's a wonderful thing." he laughed a little uncertainly.
