Darksol88 "You're right, one wouldn't mean this fight's over." Aden said, and jumped up to try and avoid the attack for a fleeting moment. At the apex of his jump, two more of the seeds formed were flung at the ranger. "So let's make it three." He wouldn't be able to avoid things forever, though, and stumbled after he landed. With the ground caving as well, getting up wasn't going to be as easy as he hoped. As big of a target he was, he wasn't going to be caught with the same attack so easily. He saw the attack coming and rushed off to the side then around to make the rush at Aden when he stumbled, only to soon deliver one brutal punch towards Aden.

"Ahh!" Unable to get back up quickly enough, Aden was slammed by the brutal fist. He was glad to know it wasn't like a train hitting him. However, it still held the hint of a small car. The force of it flung him away, rolling a little upon hitting the ground again.
He struggled to get up, but as he did, the earthen and fire chis around him were becoming more concentrated. "Oogh... that it?" He asked.

The ranger couldn't help but to raise an eyebrow. Well if he was still fit to crack wises like that, he was still in the need to be stomped on for that matter. He went over to grab a smaller tree and pulled down on it, snapping the tree in two at the trunk. This guy must have been graced with the power of a Machoke to pull such feats of strength. Regardless, he brought the tree around and went to smash Aden into the ground with it.

"...Guess not." Well, it could be worse, he thought. It was only a tree. At least it wasn't, say, a steel girder. Still, that strength told him an artifact was hardly a laughing matter.
He barely escaped his newfound fate to be with a roll, amassing the chi he had built up into a ball. "Sorry, if I'm going to see an end, I'm not letting you get that honor. I'm not a bug. So get offa my case!" As Aden's hands came together, the ball dispersed outward, going in a line straight for his assailant.

So get offa my case!" As Aden's hands came together, the ball dispersed outward, going in a line straight for his assailant. The man picked up the tree once again and went to go for a baseball swing with the tree, but he ended up getting stopped, getting pelted by the attack, making him lose the grip on the tree...but it didn't hurt too badly...for a strange reason. Rather it be by intention or by pure unadulterated luck, the ranger was shocked to find that the capture system that he had strapped to his arm, which while form fitted to his wrist, despite his newfound girth, the device took the blow. All that was left was a smoldering, electrical sparking of plastic and metal. "Bi...biii..." The Celebi started to come to. Groggy it felt. Like it was waking up from a hangover. "No...BLAST YOU!" He said, giving the tree a punt, sending it Aden's way.

"Wha...?" For a moment, Aden was taken aback, not even noticing that Celebi was finally recovering. Seeing something like that, at best, was only ever spoken of. He couldn't say the same about getting visual proof. "Those things actually can take attacks?" Though, he didn't have much time to think on it. He ducked for cover as the tree was punted at him, turning his head towards the ranger. "Oh shut up and chill, I'm sure you can get another one. Besides, I'm only defending myself at this point. You're the one on a berserk rampage."

"Oh sure, look at things at face value why don't you!?" He shouted, coming after Aden once more. Things were going way south for this ranger. His catch, gone. Taking custody of one hybrid, all but completely botched. Capture gear, Fried. And the possibility of losing rank and stature was there as well if he couldn't salvage this. With his strength still gradually deminishing from the seed, he made another run towards Aden with great speed, jumping up then went down to stomp on him.
The Celebi then finally came fully out of its trance, wondering what was going on. The Celebi then went wide-eyed. That brute. Too familiar. Someone that it wasn't glad to see. And he was out to pound on Aden for everything he's worth.
Celebi then sensed something about Aden. Something that may turn the fight in his favor for good. "BIIII! BIBIBIBI!" The legendary shouted, trying to get Aden's attention. And if that didn't get his attention, this would. With focus, the Celebi cried out towards the sky. The sun started to pierce the woods fiercely. Celebi used Sunny Day.

However, the force behind it was still enough to toss him back, and at this point, he had doubts he was getting out of this so easily. At least, until he heard something he was beyond grateful for. "Finally... you know what? I think I'm done with this little game. You can scream and rage all you want after I'm gone. For now?"
The harsh sunlight wouldn't go unnoticed, Aden looking towards Celebi for a second and nodding. Much as he wanted to set the ranger ablaze, there was the matter of the forest itself. Instead, there was a petard he could hoist. Another ball of earth and fire chi amassed, rapidly growing on account of the abundance of the two chis. It was enough to make the nearby ground ignite at a couple of patches, the chi threatening to disperse before it could be put to use.
Aiming at the ranger's feet, Aden only had a few words to say to him. "Shut up and leave us alone." He expelled the chi at once, letting the Solarbeam crash and provide a taste of the medicine that the ranger kept wanting to deliver.

After delivering that hard stomp, the high ranking ranger went off with a hard burst of speed. He had to smash this hybrid. But as he got close, his face of rage turned into a face that spoke 'Oh Crap'. As the beam rushed for him, the blast sent him head over heels, hitting the ground. He wasn't out, but his legs were too much in pain to get back up. "Ugh...." "Bibibibibibibi!" Celibi shouted to Aden. Celebi then looked back towards the shrine and started to focus once more. The shrine lit back up...Aden was bound for his time now.

The sooner he got back to his time, the better... he hoped. Aden would be engulfed by the shrine's light and it would be a trip like no other...that lasts only roughly a couple of seconds. Aden would then soon found himself shot out of the shrine and on to soft ground.

But any such feeling would be gone as he was shot out of the shrine, landing flat on his face on the ground before it. "Ow... hey, just asking... did anyone ever tell you... that going through time like that's kinda trippy?" He asked. The group that Aden got through the portal was there close by. They all rushed to his side. He looked worse for wear, they thought. Questions of 'Are you okay', 'Can you get up', and other concerns started to blend together. But one voice came over all of that. "BIIIIII!!!" The Celebi came in behind Aden and flew out, closing the doors to the shrine behind it. The Celebi came too and fluttered about a bit then hovered down to check on Aden.

"I'll manage..." Aden managed to say, though he was fairly slow in getting to his knees. "Just a few complications that held me up is all. I'll be fine, eventually. What about the rest of you? And Celebi for that matter."

"Biiiiii." It said rather content. Sure, it didn't care to be caught under capture device control, but at least it was free once again. The group he saved was rather glad that they did have a savior to come for him...even if he did look like a weird looking fairy. Hey, one had to take a hero as they came, right? "Bi! Bibibibi!" Celebi spoke up. As one more act of gratitude, it gave Aden a hug around the neck and nuzzled against the side of his head for a brief second then flew back, happy as it can be. "BIIIII!" It then flew off towards the skies above. Not only an act of gratitude, but a good-bye gesture as well.
It was only a few seconds though until another familiar voice called out to Aden. "Aden!? Aden!" I came out through the brush, and as soon as I stepped down out of the bushes, I stumbled. There was a dip there. Aden would probably notice that grass, while there, was a bit drier there than the rest of the forest. "Ow...yeech...never can tell where you...step...the hell? Aden? How...what.........where did you find these people?" I asked. "You...all...wouldn't happen to be those caretakers to the shrine, would you?" The people then exclaimed. That was all the confirmation they needed that they were in the right place. Right time, for that matter.
