I think he just means that the DNA failed, so even though they are megas, the result is a champion. And so they are stuck when them.

i agreed with him how can numemon become mega?? how can you change the facts??? champion will always be champion....and i never see numemon in mega just you that make numemon into mega and you not making Digimon but just making that art only so dont just like to change level of the digimon.you are not that making digimon so...follow the trail Champion will be champion...thats all peace biggrin

Also no unexcpected DNA Digivolving until a system is obviously made or they will end up in "failure" lol
