I only have the normal Lucemon and the holy dragon mode. But I neither have the shadow lord mode nor the larva

If I see him online I shall ask him. I don't think the sprite will be easy to get hold of esspecialy as on Digimon world on the DS Lucemon digivolves into Daemon (cloaked). but I don't know about in the guild.

I definitely can't do hands, that's why I just make them chibi circles, or like I did with Kira's DemiVeemon chibi, cover it with too long sleeves
