Hmm... Okay! You should go ahead and get in the car. Akira suggested, taking the bag to the dressing room. Once she was in it, she noticed she had forgotten to buy boots... or shoes of any kind. She sighed. After a few moments of thinking, she stepped out of the dressing room and sneakily grabbed a pair of warm winter boots and a pair of hiking shoes and walked back to the dressing room. Akira changed into the black pants, t-shirt, then the winter coat and a scarf and the beret over that. Finally, she tugged on the boots and stuffed everything that was left into the shopping bag. Before leaving, she grabbed a pair of socks and put them in too. Akira stepped out of the store, but the alarm went off, so she returned to the lady to tell her that the jacket still had a tag on it, and went back to Seth's car with a smile on her face.

Seth had gone to the car like she'd asked, though he had a lingering feeling of regret. What if she stole something? Nah, Akira wasn't like that...Or was she? When the alarm went off, Seth nearly leaped out of his seat. He then saw Akira happily get into the car. She looked nice, in his opinion. Pretty yet classy. He liked it.
"Well then, got everything you need?" he said as he started the engine, "We've still got a lot of time until the festival even opens...Do you still want that lighter and video game?"
He questioned and looked back at her as the car's heater began working. She really did look nice, now that he could get a better look at her. Anyway, he noticed that the shopping bag was a bit, or a lot, bigger than he remembered, but he ignored it.

Akira nodded."Still want them, if I can."she said. She had been deliberating whether to tell Seth that she had taken some stuff or not, but had decided not to worry him about having a thieving slave. It wasn't anything big anyway. Just a pair five hundred dollar boots and some other almost inexpensive stuff. Now Akira was thinking about fire. Warm, warm, warm... Fire, fire, fire.... Lighter, lighter lighter!

"Sure, sure. I've got some extra cash anyway.."
Seth laughed awkwardly. He didn't exactly like to say that it was his money. It wasn't. But, tough luck to those who're missing credit cards right now. This was a dog eat dog world, sadly. Seth thought about this as they continued to drive down the large, busy, and colorful main street. He parked once again at a curb. Getting out, he saw that there was a army/navy store next to the video game shop. He opened Akira's door.
"Go into the video game shop and getting one game. Whichever you like. I'll be right back."
Seth left her and went into the army/navy store. Once there, he picked out a chrome-covered lighter. It was rectangular and very reflective. He was sure Akira would like it. Again, he used the stolen credit card to buy it. $27 for a lighter...What has the world come to? He laughed at the thought and walked out, then into the video game shop where Akira should've been.

Akira smiled at Seth, then ran into the video game store. She looked up and down the rows of colorful video game titles, trying to find one she wanted. Seth had said one, but she now needed a system. Akira picked one of the light blue DSi's, and then took a Pokemon game. However, when she noticed a display of Gameboy Advance SP's, she wanted one too. Akira stealthily hid one under her coat, and looked at a Gameboy game to hand to Seph. Then she came up to the interactive displays, and noticed the Wii. Akira put everything down in a pile and began playing the game on the screen, a Tony Hawk game.

Seth's eyes widened slightly at the pile. The Wii alone was over one hundred dollars, and everything together would be at least...Well, basically, he'd charge it all on one credit card, then probably just throw it away. But that was one less card for him to use, which wasn't exactly great. He sighed.
Just this once...The girl's probably never seen a game in her life...
He thought to himself as he grabbed the pile to go pay for it while Akira played. Something was strange about this girl. It's like she knew more about the human world than a regular slave would. A normal slave wouldn't know what the hell a video was, and Akira was over there playing Tony Hawk. Seth pondered this while paying, the cashier staring at him with an amazed expression...Total cost was...over $300.

Akira looked over at Seth. Then she noticed the price, and immediately stopped playing."...heh..."she scratched the back of her head, a bit embrassed, her cheeks a rosy pink, and just then, her beret slipped a little, so she grabbed it and pulled it down again. Making sure the Gameboy advance was still hidden under her coat, she walked up to the cash register and took the bags to help Seth, then went back to the car.

Once in the car, Seth put all the bags from the clothes and games and such in the backseat next to Akira. It was getting cluttered back there...Nonetheless, he turned to her and took out the lighter, flipped it open and lit it. The flame was long and bright orange, and flickered from the car's heater. He closed and handed it to her.
"That's for you. Just be careful with it, alright? I don't want what happened yesterday to happen again with this lighter."
He pointed to her still-bandaged hands. He then faced forward and started the engine. He started to drive back to their home.
"We'll go back home for now. The festival will start in just a couple hours, so we'll be ready by then...Make sure you don't loose that gun too. I only have so much artillery, you know."
He told her sternly, but it made sense. The guy could only have so many guns. They weren't cheap either. He gave it to Akira for two reasons: aid him in the assassination tonight, and protection. That was something you couldn't have enough of these days.

Micaiah smiled widely, "Really? Yay!" She said then took another bite of her cereal and ate it happily. She took her bowl over to the sink and began to wash it. She took the sponge and soap and began to scrub the bowl while humming, 'Meltdown'. She finished cleaning the spoon then dried everything, putting it back on the shelves that they belong on.

Akira nodded, and held her hand on the gun in her pocket. As soon as the car started, she slipped out the gameboy advance from under her coat and began to play one of the games. She couldn't keep her mind form straying to thoughts about the Winter Festival. If she was going to help assassinate the guy, it wouldn't matter, because her record wasn't clean either. Maybe there were games there too, but Seth would probably want to focus on the kill. It suited Akira just fine, with everything she'd received today.

[[Ah God, I'd love to go ahead, but everyone's a little behind, so I suggest we continue tomorrow. ^ ^;;]]

Kate sat up and looked at Dmitri.She didn't say anything, just stared with blank eyes. What have I gotten myself into? she thought. She stood up.
"What did you do to me?" she asked quietly.

Dmitri chuckled quietly as he put some other instruments onto the little table. They seemed to be already used. He didn't look at her.
"Not much. Simple tests, just to find out some basic statistics on you."
Dmitri replied as quietly as she'd asked. He now knew her blood type, genetic composition, and DNA. Her DNA especially was interesting. It made her...unique, as he would say.

Kate nodded. She expected as much.
"So what did you say we are doing?" she asked. She noticed the dog in the shadows and tilted her head. She stared into his eyes for a moment then looked back at Dmitri.
