Name: Haru Hazuko Genetic Type: Natural Rank: Commander Position: Uzumi Nara Captain Background & Personality: A true commander of Orb, Haru Hazuko has been a loyal Orb soldier since he could sign up. Before the advent of the M1 Astray, he was proud of the Orb's military might and felt it could defend against ZAFT or the Earth Forces without mobile suits. When the invasion of Orb happened, he was proven wrong and focused on generating his own anti-mobile suits tactics. Some of which were successful, and he was promoted to Commander by the end of the second war. He was selected as the Orb military's first choice to captain the Fujin, and he recommended his long-time crewmember Ryuu Taiki to transfer onto the ship as well. With Haru's experience, the recommendation was accepted.
Unlike his subordinate, Haru is a very serious and strict military commander. While he knows about the cost of war, he also believes war is sometimes a necessary evil. He holds a dislike for the Earth Alliance and ZAFT after each invasion on the Orb homeland. He also smokes often and has an occasional drink for celebrations. With his knowledge of the previous major gundam projects, he was the biggest supporter and influence on Project H(inode), and remained paranoid all the way to the launch ceremony. Appearance:
Kira stumbled to get moving to Lt. Ryuu Taiki direction. Fellow pilot Itsuki quickly came to aid and helped him out. Kira looked surprised to see Lt. Ryuu Taiki wary of him being a ZAFT soldier.

Kira has exceptional mobile suit shooting precision which has became the core of his piloting style, after acquiring the Freedom Gundam, as he always try to disable the enemy mobile suits without lethally harming the pilot by aiming for weapons or body parts except the cockpit. Long after the war, Kira wore white ZAFT uniform reserved for important military officials. When Kira and Lacus saw each other in the PLANTs they immediately rushed towards one another and hugged each other, surprising most of the people present.

As Ryuu approached, more explosions roared through the complex. "Come on!" He pulled the pilot and the Zaft member along past the broken Taeru and to the console. He started taking off his space suit and tossed it to the Zaft member, not before selecting the next Gundam on the console and gesturing the pilot to it. "Pilot, enter your credentials and do the scan. Zaft commander, you'll have to do with a vacuum suit for now." Ryuu would be safe in one of the suit cockpits, as much as he despised the thought. As the ensign finished it up, Ryuu selected the final one and went through the process himself, but had no clue why an eye scan was necessary. Once it was done, all but the final name were in green. When he accessed one, there was a single option; 'DEPLOY'.
He selected it, and the area filled with blue lights and a small siren. The plates around them began to shift, moving up and down and sideways, mostly on the wall to the right of the console. As it happened, Ryuu selected the other units to deploy as well, and sure enough panels began sliding next to the first area. Seconds later, a lift could be heard, and a head revealed itself from below, with a complete body following it. The other two came as well, each different but following a same color pattern. "That's them... Atama, Kyori, and Sasu." Ryuu was in awe, he could only see a gundam in action back in the invasions of orb, but even then it was from a distance and in a naval ship. More explosions, and Ryuu was brought to reality. "Right, Kage to the far unit, Koizumi to the middle. I'll take the closest one. Startup should be simple. Zaft officer, you'll have to stay here. I'm not at liberty to provide a unit for you, but we'll take you to the Uzumi."
Ryuu rushed over to the ladder leading up to the unit he chose. Its color was a dark blue, not black and gray like the other two. It was the simplest from the design prints, so he'd probably not wreck it immediately. He opened the cockpit, stepping over the console and sat in the chair as the controls rose and the hatch sealed. Three bars pulled up for his military Id code, pilot code and a bar marked 'scan'. He entered the Id easily, and after some recollection, entered the pilot ID. He hadn't used it since the first invasion of Orb. After that was entered, a device similar in shape to a harmonica dropped in front of his face at eye-level. A red laser skipped rapidly back and forth before it stopped and rose to the top of the cockpit. The bottom bar filled up and the cockpit around him came to life, reminding him what he got himself into. A timer also appeared at the top right while the systems began to go through first-time startup. The timer blinked three times, before counting down from 3 minutes. "What the hell!?"
Name: Ryuu Taiki (23) Genetic Type: Coordinator Rank: Lieutenant Position: Uzumi Nara XO Background & Personality: Ryuu was an orphan at the age of 7, and since his parents customized his appearance , he wasn't adopted for a few years. As a Coordinator, he was advanced in schooling, but was ridiculed by natural children and their parents who condoned coordinators. He joined the military of Orb sometime after the events of Bloody Valentine in fear of Orb's inclusion as the war dragged on. While he was acceptable as an Astray pilot, his suit was destroyed on the first day of fighting and he choose to become a crewmen instead. Serving with a man named Hazuko, he was able to survive the first and second Bloody Valentine wars. He gained the rank of Lieutenant with Hazuko's personal request for him to be his XO on the Uzumi Nara.
Ryuu believes deeply in Orb's motto, but also thinks if someone has the ability to help others, they should whether it involves them or not. With the shock of his experience, he gets shaky when piloting a mobile suit. He also holds a grudge against Blue Cosmos for his parent's death. After helping Kira into his suit. Itsuki and (I guess Kira too) Kira boarded the Kyori. He punched his credentials in and the Gundam activated. Itsuki thought on why theses mobile suit's weren't shared with the other nations.

The crazed Flay quickly opened her bag and quickly took several unknown pills to calm her shaking. Minutes later she returned calm and firm to the shuttle bridge. She looked towards a GoC trooper and spoke
"When we get back to the Thixo, throw the president In the prison compartment! We failed to secure Lacus Clyne but at least we were able to get one of them." Flay then thought about her encounter with Kira. She became confused again and tried to sort out her thoughts.

Ensign Yun quickly analyzed the Codes that the commander had given her. She quickly realized they weren't just mobile suits but Gundam's. "Commander. Theses Call signs... Are these Gundams?"

The Strike Saber team's launched, The Thixo was in positioned to fire its main guns. The Gottfried's. Captain Asahina knew if the station fell, so would Orb's new battleship.
"This is a warning shot! Target the harbor bay, will flush them out! Aim gottfrieds. AIM FIRE!"
The beams from the Thixo's gottfried's hit the Harbor. A beam explosion could be seen from the Thixo bridge.

Mikura smiled from the explosion. She knew at this rate the station was deemed to collapse at any moment if more damage is added.

After his 'episode' of rage, Joseph kept his casual demeanor. His hand, the light bleeding now done, was constantly tapping on the chair's armrest. At this rate he'd end up no better than his predecessors. As the crew on the Thixo bridge yelled statuses and the commander gave out orders, Joseph could only think on how he could turn the situation around. He had to be better than the previous leaders, and the way things were going that wasn't possible. The shuttle containing the captive President Parks and the Ghost team was now under the escort of the Sabers, though one of the extendeds was going out of their way and fighting the astrays, only attracting attention. As the shuttle approached the Thixo, Joseph stood up and straightened his suit. "I'll leave this in your hands Captain. It seems I've got a VIP to greet, and some soldiers to discipline." He pushed away from the chair and towards the door, and from there to the hangar. Capturing the President was never a part of their plan, and was one of the biggest wrenches thrown into it. Joseph was already taking down names in his head of soldiers to discipline once they retreated...
Name: Joseph Mikail (29) Genetic Type: Natural Rank: Supreme Commander of Cosmos Position: Ghost of Cosmos Leader Background: One of the last high members of Blue Cosmos, Joseph Mikail was to be put on trial for his crimes as a Logos/Blue Cosmos member, but was able to escape before being arrested or attacked by mobs. He met with some lower members of Logos and they retreated into the debris belt as the second war ended. When Librarian Works acted, he took advantage of the aftermath and gathered up the remaining Logos sympathizers he could, as well as obtaining the carbon human and cloning technologies of Librarian Works. With these, he was able to raise their military force as well as declaring them the Ghost of Cosmos. He despises Coordinators for their abilities, believing that they flaunt their improved skills over Naturals.
Yaichiro momentarily looked at the machines with an expression of subdued surprise and apprehension, before his expression returned to one of focus. The thought that more of these machines were constructed...hadn't all the recent wars started or at least escalated with the appearance of these machines on the battlefield? Gundams were spoken of among the veteran soldiers like soldiers of sorrow.
Complying with the orders of his superior, he got into the Mobile Suit and activated it. The retinal scan before seemed to be to lock him in as the unit's recognized pilot. He briefly wondered who the unit would have been assigned to had things happened normally, or if the machine would even have been activated. Such things were moot, however.
The Sasu's optics flashed green and the unit's head moved slightly, indicating its successful activation. The 3 minute timer activated, making him realize that these units were not intended to be shown today. In a perfect world, they wouldn't have been needed at all. The other units likely had the same limitation. He waited for their leader to speak up before risking any form of radio communication on his own.
Name: Yaichiro Kage, 20 Genetic Type: Coordinator Rank: Lieutenant, Junior Grade Position: Uzumi Nara Mobile Suit Pilot Background & Personality: Having lost his family during the First Bloody Valentine War and having no other prospects in spite of his fine academics, Yaichiro signed up for the Orb military to help deter a second invasion of Orb when he finished school. He realized that little had been settled with permanence in the conflict and soon found his fears confirmed. Not long after finishing his training, he found himself participating in the Second Bloody Valentine War as a MVF-M11C Murasame Pilot. He proved to be a good all-purpose pilot, having a predisposition for ranged combat but refusing to let his melee skills suffer as a result. His actions during the war promoted him a grade and would eventually see him assigned to the Uzumi Nara. Appearance:

The four signals light up one by one, but the fourth stayed red. "Yun, contact ORB-10, codename Atama." All four were supposed to be deployed, so why was Ryoko being held up? As Ryuu's voice came over the comm, Hazuko has more surprised than anything else in the last hour. Ryuu practically swore against ever entering a mobile suit after Hazuko tried to get him over his issue. "Ryuu, what's wrong with Ryoko?" Already he could hear the crackling in his voice, so Hazuko had to get him under control. The Lieutenant revealed that there was an error on the console, so Hazuko could only speculate there was some internal damage that blocked its deployment.
"Very well. you're to take charge of the Gundam units. You'll have to use the beam sabers to break through the opposite wall. You have three mintues to return the units to the Uzumi, we'll resupply and replace the batteries for the units here." He signaled for Yun to take the channel off the main line and focused on the Uzumi's status. He loaded up a visual damage diagram of the Uzumi on the small screen attached to his chair. Much of the structure was fine, it was just minor damage on the hull. The laminated armor was definitely the best choice for construction. "Prepare to cut tethers and weigh anchor." Once the gundams were on, they could remove the Uzumi from the deathtrap surrounding it.

In addition to the timer, several other status pieces appeared on the screen, such as the other two units as they started, and one that was red. As he gripped the controls, another screen appeared, showing the bridge of the Uzumi Nara, complete with the Captain in his chair, but with blood soaked on his uniform. The Commander didn't care as he went directly to the other unit. "There was a problem. The console just gave an error when I tried. I sent Ensigns Kage and Koizumi to the other two. No problems with the Gundams... So far..." he was beginning to get his shakes.

The Strike Sabers were able to protect the shuttle on its way to the Thixo, and after the doors closed the mobile suits returned to battle against the three factions until they received orders to retreat.The battle was mostly coming to a standstill as yet another Drake was destroyed and the older model Dagger suits which made the bulk of their forces were destroyed. the Strike Sabers, now free, began to focus their attack on the protecting mobile suits. With the shuttle touching down inside the Thixo, the ship's guards await the transfer of the very important prisoner, along with the Supreme Commander. As the troops began to disembark the small ship, they lined up on the floor and saluted the Commander, with President Parks in handcuffs held there by two soldiers.
