Lilou wasn’t really expecting that Seo could hear her, though didn’t discount the possibility when she realized that the twins shared bodies? At least that’s how it seemed, she was unfamiliar with their clan to the point that she knew there was a clan that had special twins and that it carried a cursed mark and was about it, though despite her tendencies toward Evergreen, she wouldn’t judge people with lineage oriented cursed marks. Still she was more focused on the fact he was enjoying the food heartily, moving in closer to him as she withdrew a handkerchief and without warning reached up and wiped a stray landing of mayonnaise from his cheek gently while her voice continued in the twins head. ”I’m exited you accepted my offer, I look forward to going! She could play it off, probably. “Fire is fairing. Goshodzuka is strong and we fended off a pack of zealous jashinists at the expense of a few damages.” She casually, carefully turned her head to look off to the side. Quietly mourning the loss of much of her hair. “I heard we weren’t the only one.” The message came. A worker from the aviary had dispatched the letter. The border guards stationed nearby allowed the worker’s entry who was quick to take a place beside the table and bow with the letter“Ma’am. A message from the Pale Citadel in the Land of Lightning.” The mention was a fine hair’s width from making her antsy to read it. She knew, however, the one she wanted to hear from probably wouldn’t waste time with messages.

I’d save you a walk, at the least.” Her quick reply was coded with plots in the work. “Mina, this isn’t a worthwhile lesson for you in diplomacy. You’re coming with me. I’d also like you both to come with me.” She stood. The ninja present were alert to the Hokage as she posed her statement in a forward fashion to Yazawa, “please accompany me to Lightning. I can provide you transportation to the Citadel. If Satoshi does not show up I can take you as far as the border to the rain country.” She turned and chucked a small scroll through the open exit door. It manifested into a puff a smoke to reveal her large pangolin. A seat fastened to its back was sufficient for Mina and Yazawa to briefly deal with the other's company. All the while, a couple guards were directed to fetch a dignified means to escort Sadayo herself. " I'll be hitching a carriage of some means. tab Jashinists, cultists, had attacked? This was news to the Diplomat and interim Minister of State. Then Sadayo revealed that Konoha wasn't the only village attacked. Nervousness brewed in the man, Jashin Cultists were always bad news. To brazenly attack the strongest military powers in their respective regions was a declaration of war. "I'm glad to hear you drove them out, that must have been an awful ordeal. I understand any and all misgivings you might be giving the Rain at the moment, but any and all intel on the Jashinists themselves would prove useful in defending my home, Lady Hokage." Yazawa would plead, his smirk gone, and a rather serious look graced his face. But the revelation of a Letter from the Lord of the Pale Citadel was another unforeseen hurdle he'd have to deal with.
tab"Well if it's about the Jashinists I'll be coming." He'd pull a pen from his breastpocket and paper from somewhere within his suit jacket, and started writing. A letter for the Amekage and one to his Office back in the rain. He'd scrawl out a basic outline of the talks with Sadayo. Soon both the letters were slipped into envelopes and sealed with Fuuin. Though, they'd look like any other envelope. "Lady Hokage, if you could see that my correspondence reaches Amegakure I would greatly appreciate it. As well I thank you for the hospitality and I will gladly ride with you to the meeting. I wished this could have been a better show of diplomatic strategy, Miss Mina." He'd stand and take one last look around the room, before turning on a heel and walking towards another part of the Border Station. "Bathroom, then I'll be right out, Lady Hokage."
tab After asking one of the Ninja who work in the station he stood before both doors, men and womens. He'd slip inside and find a stall to situate himself in. Yazawa, did his business, whilst still in the stall he'd also fumble with some of his paper. Before long he had a few brown paper mice, totally inanimate for now. Yazawa slipped the cute origami creatures into his pocket. He'd wash his hands and step out of the bathroom. As he made his way through the the Station, he'd toss one into a dark meeting room, drop another in a trash can and leave one on the table in the meeting room they'd had talks in. He'd step outside and take a seat next to Mina. "An amazing puppet, Lady Hokage. I'm honored to ride atop it."
tab Of the three paper mice, only one would make it into the walls of the village. It had been a gamble, littering them in the station. But the paper mouse would explore the village whilst Yazawa was off to meet the other Kage.
Kai stretched his arms overhead as the squadron stopped ahead of the Gates. The guard stepped forward and made a hand seal to cast some kind of sensory over them to confirm their identities. He stepped backwards, unknowingly onto a butterfly, but Kai didn't have the heart to tell the guard about his transgression. He had already mentally prepped his report to turn into the Hokage's office, as well as some personalized kudos for each team member which would enable them to move up with more ease than they'd have had otherwise. In fact, things looked good enough for Kai himself to move up a little in the village, with all of his completed duties of late.
"So, I'm finally setting you guys free," Kai announced. "It's my duty to submit the report but none of you have to be present when I do. I suspect it'll just be a drop-off situation given all the visitors Konoha's had lately - lotta diplomacy stuff." He looked over his shoulder towards Sumika. "I'm still good for that drink, if you want. Meet me at that fancy schmancy The Sense of Indulgence place. I should be there in fifteen." He grinned her way, then walked through the gates and flickered away towards the office.

Miki felt particularly tired after this last mission. It had been the farthest she'd traveled in a long time and on top of that there was the exciting conclusion of the mission. Everything almost felt as if it were becoming too much for the girl. She definitely needed some rest before going out to do anything else. That much was for sure. When the village finally came into view, Miki was relieved. The long journey had come to an end and her beauty sleep was within grasp, but something still stood in the way of her and getting home.
The massive gate of Konohagakure was protected by the normal looking leaf shinobi, but Miki's focus wasn't on the gate or the guard. Something else had caught her attention in the short time it had taken the group to approach the gate after it had come into view. A single butterfly fluttered along the group, immediately taking most of her attention. "Awe it's a butterfly. Just like from home." Miki smiled, her eyes bouncing along with the motion of the butterfly's flight. She was enamored by butterflies really. They were symbolic of several things in life and for this, Miki recognized them as Evergreen's most innocent of creation. The girl's attention remained on the delicate creature all the way to the gate. That was until of course some careless monster recklessly stepped directly onto the innocent butterfly.
Miki's heart dropped from the sight of it being squished. "How could you do that?!" Miki formed a handseal, a root from the wall would grasp out toward the gate guard and pull him directly into the air. The man would be left dangling by his ankle. Without a thought, Miki rushed over to where the creature was crushed. The girl reached down and gently cusped it in between both of her hands. "You... You... You killed her..." Miki muttered under her breath, placing the creature into one of her pockets. Once the butterfly was secured she forced herself to her feet to meet the man directly eye to eye. Only something had changed about Miki.
Miki's eyes had turned to the famous shade of red and black that the Uchiha were famous for. "How could you be so careless?! What kind of sensor are you if you can't even notice a butterfly directly under you?!" Miki's tone edged on nearly yelling at the man while trying not to cry. "If you can't even manage that then how the hell are you going to protect Konoha from intruders! Let alone the complete disregard you show for life if you did notice her!" Miki's words came out without much thought. All she knew was she was mad. More mad than she had felt before. There was a chance that Miki was feeling the pressure from the mission and simply cracking. Whilst she was yelling and processing her emotions for the poor butterfly, the wood that was around the man's ankle began to expand. The expansion lead to a slow cocooning effect. Miki made no attempt to stop the wood as it began to surround the man's neck. The girl then took a deep breath before unclenching her white knuckled fists. As she did so, the wood quickly unraveled and dropped the man to the ground. "Mind if I catch a drink with you two?" Miki'd ask Sumika as they all began to head out.

Those trapped within the sink hole require chakra one rank above the technique's executed rank to escape it's hold. This wood weaves together to form a thirty foot wall that defends the user from techniques A rank and lower. If the user is near a large body of water created by a technique, this technique can sustain itself by absorbing that chakra cost instead of paying an upkeep cost of two ranks below the rank this technique was used at every post.

Sumika watched with a concerned expression at Miki's outburst, but made no attempt to intervene. Even if she had thought the woman was in the wrong, she wasn't about to spare a gate guard from a well earned bit of pants filling. "You... uhhhh, might want to take a bit of a walk, first. You know cool down a bit." Sumika said as she hopped down off Cobalt. Unfortunately the puppeteer didn't have some grand narrative moment to mine from this particular exchange. "I got some crap to take care of, I'll meet y'all there if you're going."

Despite feeling fine on the way home, Himitsu's body began to feel heavy and a wave of sleepiness washed over him the moment he spotted the gates. He was more than ready for his own shower and bed. When the group stopped for gate security, the boy quietly stifled a yawn and glanced around. He heard a soft crunch to his other side, but he paid little attention to it. At least until Miki erupted out of seemingly nowhere, causing a vine to literally erupt from the wall. Unsure what had actually just happened, Himitsu stepped back quickly as he ran through the thing he hadn't paid mind to. When he'd finally caught up mentally, he noticed Miki's eyes. "Ah... So I am the only Uchiha on the team without their sharingan. Cool..." The sarcasm dampened the fear of how quick she was with her Mokuton. As she ripped into the man verbally, he felt bad for the guard, but Himitsu's fear had quickly shifted from Miki's ninjutsu skills to her fearsome verbal ones. The boy decided standing aside quietly was probably the safest option here.
Once the group was finally cleared to move on, Kai dismissed them and headed off to pass on his report. Himitsu finally left out a big yawn and smiled widely at his teammates. "Hope you all have fun! I'll be at the training fields tomorrow afternoon, if you've got nothing better to do then. Either way, catch you soon!" Himitsu said his goodbyes, and wandered off into town, heading home.

Moss stood in place of grass, a prolific ecosystem born under the shadowed canopy of trees. Coello scanned along the forest bottom. Bugs of varied colors roamed about their day under the serene sound of birds. His foot paused misstep, frozen in place just in time to allow the cicada underneath to scurry off. The edges of his lips uplifted in a smile. So nice it would have been just to sit here among the rocks. If only the world didn't move so fast.
Crouched down on his knees, Coello goaded his insect companion onto ha finger. Slow, steady legs attached themselves to skin and were carried off to a nearby tree. Once it was certain he was out of harm's way, it was time to continue on the path ahead.

Vibrant hues of orange and pink that painted the sky forced the lines around Coello's eyes to tighten. Bathed in the light of dusk, pillars of wood stood built into the ground up ahead. Stained marks—the work of corrosion—trailed higher and higher before the sheer expanse of the structure turned them invisible. What had been a stride slowed to an amble as he made his way to the gate guard. Fingers busy at work played with the hems inside his sweater. ]"Hello, uhm, I had hoped to meet with the Hokage? Or... well, I'm not sure who else, but what I mean to say is—I want to come back to the village!" A second multiplied into several more before pink hair spilled over in a bow that near well put Coello's face in the dirt.
At least this visitor had some manners. The guard posed with the request held back so much of his will to sigh wearily like the weight of this chunk of the world was riding his shoulders with all its clumsy baggagr. This guard, among others, knew well what the situation was on the inside, beyond their reach. But how much "business as usual" could they carry on with when one wouldn't readily announce their leader isn't home.
As far as missing pink haired residents (last seen walking their merry way out of the village) faired the records were miniscule and awfully specific. "Just behave yourself…"

INDENTReaping winds howled in a ravenous reverberation. That dastardly sound would be Bunny's only warning. Before the Pink-haired newcomer could continue his stride, Étaín would pierce the ground a inch or so in front of him. Abruptly putting a halt to this seemingly innocent homecoming. Appearing atop Konohagakure's noble wooden gates, stood a cloaked figure. Passing breeze swayed the caped garment into a elegant dance with the winds. Revealing for a brevity the iconic Leaf embroidered headband The Mysterious Boy adorned. Standing at a tiny four feet, it was easy to identify he was young. Although, being cloaked in mystique made it difficult to exam much else about the newly arrived guardsmen. The Boy outstretched his right arm out from beneath the cloak. Firmly holding it to his side; his arm wrapped in scuffed bandages down to the fingertips! With a sudden, indolent flex of his palm that large scythe he'd thrown returned back to him. Grasping firmly, he'd point it directly at Strawberry-top. "You'll go no further."
INDENTGracefully he twirled the dual-ended scythe overhead before sliding it onto his backside. Sapphire irises scanned over the Abomination that sought a return to the homeland, scuffing in disdain. "Your traitorous pilgrimage ends here." That mummied hand elevated itself just beneath the chin. Forging itself into a singular, half-jointed Tiger seal. Deeply he inhaled. "Katon.." Faintly lips parted, spewing forth a magnificent wild fire. It's personification like that of a feral Tiger's battle-cry. Fiery fangs scattered into a frenzy of agrestal embers, swiftly converging into a ethereal; compact sphere of molten flames. The sixty-foot magmatic fireball gave birth to a staggering heatwave that rapidly swept throughout the area. Scorching away all within the ninety-foot radius - including his fellow guardsmen, should they have stuck around. Aeleus stood proudly, transfixed atop the gates. Sapphire hues reflecting within them the majesty that was his fiery tribulation. "We've no need for the weak."

Despite traveling skyward, the radiating heat had been so powerful it left the earth within it's path of destruction scorched to a cinder. Upon collision the fireball would erupt into a raging, eighty-foot maelstrom of fiery fury! Blazing conflagration would lay waste throughout, leaving the land desolate - Aeleus watched from his bird's eye view. Glaring downward onto the Traitor like an enraged, feral beast waiting to pounce. "Will you prove worthy?" Bunny Boy's Trial By Fire had begun - would he prove himself to be an asset to the village he'd once called home?

Opponents who are attempting to locate or interact with the user have the same difficulties as though they were suffering deafness and tier four blindness, additionally removing the smell of the user. This effectively removes their presence from even sensory class ninja and dojutsu. ♦Sight Through Smoke - The practitioner grows accustomed to the way smoke flows around them and others. The user's vision is no longer hindered by smoke or fog. ♦Manipulating Line - After casting Retrieval, the user is able to tack on the additional chakra to the same activation of Retrieval. Instead of calling these weapons back to the user, they are able to be manipulated by the chakra threads they are attached to in a similar manner to puppet strings.The chakra threads attached to the weapons remain active for three posts and techniques can be executed from the Manipulating Line technique as though thrown by the user if desired. ♦Shuriken Hunter - The user's scavenging skills ensure that they are always able to find new shuriken lying about and retrieve their used weapons. This ensures they never carry less than 200 small projectile weapons. ♦Chain Gripping - The user grips the chain of their weapon, using it to sling the sickle end of their weapon about instead of the chain. Attacks the user executes while doing so have their range extended the length of the chain. This also allows the user to ignore shields as the chain wraps around the shield and allows the blade of the weapon to strike unhindered. ♦Major Control - The second step on the way to mastering maneuverability of the practitioners who use kusarigama. Mastering this training allows the user to freely manipulate the kusarigama mid flight without use of environment to change its direction. Movement, however, is still limited to slight angles while the weapon is in flight. Doing so requires stamina equal to half the technique being altered be paid. ♦Searing Burns - All lava-based Yoton techniques (including customs), regardless of the shinobi class of the user, will apply tiered burns on direct physical contact. Coda's return to the Leaf had gone about as smoothly as she could have hoped, at least up until she drew upon the gates of the village once again. She'd lucked out that Sadayo was so thoroughly distracted at the kage summit and slipped away without serious questioning. The plan had been simple, bring the clone Cadence to the gates, present her and not the tattoo clad Konin as Gyuki's new host, perform the jutsu to summon and bind the Hyuga from Takijinsei, subsequently reinforcing the still somewhat fragile nature of her crafted identity in the process. At least she thought ahead and masked her true chakra signatures with her transformation jutsu. The ruse would hold, as long as she babysat it.
There wasn't a lot of time to think about a proper solution, Coda simply did what she was inclined to do - throw a punch. While she reigned in the range of her Air-Burst Shell's explosive damage to only counter the idiot's technique, she failed to account for Gyuki's shockwave with so little training - although her attempt to restrain herself would result in neither party at the gates receiving severe injuries from it directly. That wasn't to say the resulting force was small, however. While much tamer than she was capable of, Coda's blast sent a violent shudder through the forest around the gates, only the walls of the village stopping it from extending deep into Konoha. It dwarfed that of the boy's attack by an order of magnitude. If not careful, Aeleus and Coello would both find themselves ragdolls to its influence. Behind her a sinister violet aura began to form around the much larger woman she escorted, although Cadence did not take on Gyuki's cloak. It would work well enough to convey the gravity of her appearance, especially considering Coda restrained the disguised clone's release of the demon's chakra out of genuine fear that it might destroy it.
As the force subsided, an extremely unhappy looking Coda glared up at the top of the gates with a scowl that was somehow even more intense than normal - a profound feat for someone so perpetually grumpy looking to achieve. She couldn't say she actually cared what the child did to the gate guards, but that didn't mean she wouldn't use the knife offered or refrain from twisting it in his gut if the opportunity presented itself. "Convince me the next one shouldn't separate your head from your body, brat." She growled, her voice seeping with a jagged venom. If the kid could see straight, he'd note that Coda wore a leaf headband about her neck and that the long traveling cloak settling over the Uzushiogakure headband at her waist bore Konoha insignia suggesting a rank of Konin. "Why even let him try to justify it? These ash heaps could easily be his shinobi brethren. He cares not. He's proud even. And he's playing Oinin without permission. Dealing with rogues is a task ordered by the Hokage, and carried out by the hunter nin - he is neither. More than enough reason to turn him inside out, little bat." The biju's voice drifted through the back of her mind, providing her with more than ample justification for sating a positively vampiric bloodlust, but she ignored it for now. The beast might have been on better terms with her than it would be others out of consideration for her lack of desire to restrain it, but Gyuki would still attempt to undermine her plans in subtle ways. The 8-Tails knew as well as she did that a Coda who succeeded in concealing her identity as a jinchuriki was significantly less likely to spill him back out into the world.
[ I needed to bring Coda back through the gates for her RP, and now seemed like a good time to make sure this little scenario here didn't die. I can find an excuse to move her on through if you don't want me here, but it seemed like a suitable interaction to me.
Notey notes: Coda has concealed the 8 tails chakra in her body via her keystone. Gyuki creates big ole shockwaves from taijutsu, so that's what your characters should be experiencing here - less the effects aside from the shockwave because that didn't seem like a fair thing to actually apply when I'm just jumping in for funsies. ]

Pink ears shifted reflexively to the challenge roared from atop the gates. Body frozen in confusion, Coello grasped at some stammered form of defense before molten fire rained down on him. Too slow. Whisps of chakra formed at his feet; the recognizable shape of water, ready to twist into a dome: was just a hair too late.
And just before the moment of impact, Coello felt the ground part from his feet. The fireball that had been there moments before exploded across the field—the tail ends of flame dispersed by an invisible force. Knocked backward on the ground, Coello sat still, mind at working to comprehend what just occurred and if he should still be on guard.

INDENT"W-What"!? Instinctively arm's crossed outward in front of him. Core braced firmly as his internal essence flowed earthward. Fallen ember's of The Boy's destroyed fireball danced ferociously within the shockwaves rampaging siege. The sheer destructive force was enough to momentarily lift him off his feet. That focused channeling to the center of his soles allowed him to regain footing. As quickly as he had been lifted, he'd bind himself to the wooden surface atop Konohagakure's Gates. "Tchh.." Teeth gritted in tense distress whilst he endured the shockwaves blowback. The Boy's cloak flapped frantically behind him, completely revealing his mummified torso and aged clothing. He was wrapped in a mass assortment of scuffed, battle-torn bandages from the neck down - just where had he been all this time.. and what exactly had he been up to?
INDENTNot much had been known about the child. Yet, to those in certain positions of power, they'd perhaps know of him. As Lahlil kept close tabs on Candle to make sure he didn't erupt... Although, things were different now - he had gone unchecked and seemingly forgotten. Konohagkure's Young ACE, despite his young age, his track record from the academy to Genin-hood was prodigal. However, that flawless service to the nation had been eclipsed by his disqualification from the Chuunin exams. It was shortly after that tragic event during the exams - Aeleus had been taken to a remote location outside of Konohagkure, deep within the Land of Fire, where he was given special training in hopes of preventing another eruption. Ordered not to return till he had complete control of his power. Unfortunately, that order hadn't been fully upheld. While Aeleus' special training had been seventy percent completed, Sanada-sensei had gotten severely fatigued from constant exposure to The Boy's unique prowess, falling into a deep coma, resulting in a early return, under the false guise his training was completed.

Seeping outward from the thin-slit gash created from the shockwaves pressurized winds. Aeleus' cloak draped down over his figure. Easing back into a neutral stance. "That look.." Concealed within the confides of his cloak, The Boy clenched his fist in a firm jest of anger. "They all look at me like that... always" The Woman's disdain and contempt for him was made obvious with her venomous tone. Sternly he glared down towards The Woman, fist clenching even tighter upon noticing her arrogantly worn, dual-citizenship. "Tch.. How could an outsider hold high council within Konoha's walls?" By passively circulating chakra over their skin, they are able to negate burns upon their own body. Additionally, the user is able to increase the chakra circulating their body to match the rank and potency of a fire based technique directly impacting them in order to nullify that technique. This can be done for no activation cost once every three posts. ♦Keep Silent - During a post where a smoke related technique is utilized and the user is concealed within it, the user is able to remove all hints of their presence. Opponents who are attempting to locate or interact with the user have the same difficulties as though they were suffering deafness and tier four blindness, additionally removing the smell of the user. This effectively removes their presence from even sensory class ninja and dojutsu. ♦Sight Through Smoke - The practitioner grows accustomed to the way smoke flows around them and others. The user's vision is no longer hindered by smoke or fog. ♦Manipulating Line - After casting Retrieval, the user is able to tack on the additional chakra to the same activation of Retrieval. Instead of calling these weapons back to the user, they are able to be manipulated by the chakra threads they are attached to in a similar manner to puppet strings.The chakra threads attached to the weapons remain active for three posts and techniques can be executed from the Manipulating Line technique as though thrown by the user if desired. ♦Shuriken Hunter - The user's scavenging skills ensure that they are always able to find new shuriken lying about and retrieve their used weapons. This ensures they never carry less than 200 small projectile weapons. ♦Chain Gripping - The user grips the chain of their weapon, using it to sling the sickle end of their weapon about instead of the chain. Attacks the user executes while doing so have their range extended the length of the chain. This also allows the user to ignore shields as the chain wraps around the shield and allows the blade of the weapon to strike unhindered. ♦Major Control - The second step on the way to mastering maneuverability of the practitioners who use kusarigama. Mastering this training allows the user to freely manipulate the kusarigama mid flight without use of environment to change its direction. Movement, however, is still limited to slight angles while the weapon is in flight. Doing so requires stamina equal to half the technique being altered be paid. ♦Searing Burns - All lava-based Yoton techniques (including customs), regardless of the shinobi class of the user, will apply tiered burns on direct physical contact. Additionally, if the user is of the ninjutsu class then Tier 2 dehydration with E-C rank Yoton techniques and Tier 3 dehydration with B-S+ rank Yoton techniques are applied as well. ♦Volcanic Sovereignty - Expands the user's Melting Point's radius an additional 30-ft. ♦Crackling Krakatoa - The user is able to make their katon and doton techniques molten by applying 5 chakra per rank for no action cost causing them to be considered Yoton techniques for the purposes of overwhelming. Because of the heated molten nature of the user's katon and doton through this method, the Melting Point ability can apply to these techniques. Additionally, Yoton techniques can be performed by the user with somatic gestures rather than handseals with the same amount of time applied to mold the chakra. ♦Master of Transmutation - Yoton techniques are all capable of being switched between lava, rubber, and wet cement on command with the use of an action. Katon and doton techniques can be self-korabo'd for a one rank increase in power for only one consumed offensive action with a five post cooldown. ♦Dehydration Demon - Wind and Fire techniques of the user may apply Dehydration Status at the following ranks: E-C: Tier 1, B-A Rank: Tier 2 and S-S+ Rank: Tier 3. Hand seals for techniques may be replaced with somatic gestures. In addition, all enemy dehydration affect the user at 1 tier lower at a minimum of Tier 1.

With their exhale, an immesurably intense flame is produced that creates a massive one hundred and fifty foot wall of flames that spans out in a wave before the user and washes over anything in it's path. No Elemental Weakness. Those contacted by the infernal wave suffer tier four burns and the entire topic is subject to burning for six posts following the attack. Desert Climate This technique allows the user to expend Shakuton chakra in all directions, making the ground feel hot and causing heat flashes for any unused to warmer climates. This technique causes tier four dehydration but anyone within five meters of the user receives tier two burns as well. This dehydration may be treated with S+ suiton or appropriate iryojutsu but the stamina drain will last for six full posts. This technique lasts for eight posts.
[ Rank E ] Act of Tree Climbing | [ -05 Chakra ] The user can utilize the technique to effectively anchor themselves to a surface to prevent losing footing and falling, even at completely opposite angles. Using this trees and other surfaces not effected by chakra requires an E rank cost. When standing upon surfaces manipulated by chakra, the user must pay the same rank and potency in chakra to stand upon that surface.
