Quiet. No trick-or-treaters at all! Then again, I live in a neighborhood with mostly grad students and empty-nesters. Oh, and the drag queens next door. xd

Wow... Your kidding right? That would be pretty boring. I'm surprised that kids from other neighbor hoods do not trick or treat there.

Nope, not kidding. We're right near the main street through town, and the city offers one of those "safe Halloween" deals: kids go to the community center, and usually the downtown businesses (even the bars!) have candy out front for the kids on their way to the community center.

Trying to drive down Michigan Avenue on Halloween is ...damn near impossible. xd

It was loose cables, but my boss and her hubby are going to scout a new DVD drive for me. smile So I won't have it back until this weekend.
