Usually between 2-4 weeks, but sometimes it can take a little longer. One thing you will have to watch out for is eggcases not hatching. Not sure how many you've ordered, but twice I've experienced all three eggcases being duds. This can happen from the egss getting some bad exposer to sever tempetures at one point, or can just be that they are not fertilized. Female mantises will lay egg cases even if they haven't mated. Usually things go ok though. If that happens you just have to inform the company after waiting the proper amount of time to that they should have taken to hatch (think they say up to six weeks) and contact them and they will send a fresh batch.

Some kind of excrement from the female mantis. Think it looks odd now, you should see it when the females are laying it. Looks like some kind of white foam is coming out of their butts. then it hardens to that dark brown color. I don't think the glue should hurt them, so don't worry about that.

*cries because he's stuck in Illinois for a long time without his lappie and internet*
I only just managed to tear myself away from my cousins....Jesus...these kids have personal space issues...they keep trying to touch me or hug me or cuddle or whatever else....FREAKING SCARY. I don't like PHYSICAL CONTACT.
Anyway, I've managed to dominate the compy at my uncle's house for a while.....I miss and love you all....OHGOD, DON'T LET THEM SEE ME CRY......
*turns away, makes stifled noises*
Nways, lovies and kissies from Fog, everyone. Will be back in....a month. T.T
