A thud would echo out from a crevice in the mountain, the sound of roaring following it close behind. It was the same crevice Rhyme had found the stones in and that roar was very familiar. It seemed to be coming from the far back, where it was very dark.

...Wonderful. Absolutely fantastic. It always ended like that, didn't it? Or started that way. "Well...It looks like we are heading in that direction, Aria." She climbed onto her pokemon's back, though Aria did give a nervous trill. "It's okay. We'll be fine. We have Noise, and Shibuya..." They made it just to the entrance before Aria lowered her to the ground, and Rhyme slipped off her back, staying close. "Come on..." The Altaria nervously follows the hybrid whose ears are twitching, listening for the roar. "Tyrannitar...its' definitely here, but to light this place up might upset it...We'll stay just in the first section of dark, wait for any other noise..."

Rhyme would find the Tyranitar, but it wasn't fighting as she might had figured. No, instead it seemed to be...tunnel? That's how it appeared, it was clawing and stomping its way through rock, having already made a pretty good dent in the wall.

It was tunneling? Where was it going? Rhyme can't help but observe for a minute, before grabbing Aria and climbing back upon her back, taking off to climb higher, look for a vantage point, continue to watch, not wanting to anger it by interrupting.

It was hard to see why the Tyranitar was tunneling, but it was. As Rhyme watched it go deeper and deeper she would begin to since something...wonderful. Something was dead ahead of that Tyranitar, deep in the Earth. Rhyme didn't know what it was but it was somehow familiar, and it was calling to her. Enticing her.

"..Aria...We have to follow it." It was a welling in her chest, something tugging her. Perhaps maybe there she could find some answers...or some exciting adventure. "I...I have to.." The Altaria chirps in a little bit of confusion as she brings her trainer down, who then gets off of her and hurries after the Pokemon like she's pulled by a strand of thread around the heart.

What was it tunneling to get? And why...why did she desire to find it out so badly?

Deeper the Tyranitar went, unaware of Rhyme's presence. Was it as enchanted by whatever was in there as much as Rhyme was? No, not likely, it had other reasons. Regardless none of that mattered. Soon Rhyme would begin to catch a glimpse of what the Tyranitar was working towards.

"Tar!" Roared the Tyranitar as its claw bounced off some sort of yellow gemstone. A Thunder Stone maybe? Cant be, even a Thunder Stone would have been shattered by a Tyranitar's blow but this one repelled it. What gives?

"Tyranitar!" Again the beast roared, angry by the medium sized stone in the wall which fought against it. Oh how it would pay once it tasted it's Iron Tail! "Tyrani!" Tyranitar's tail would then begin to give off a silver glow as it intended to smash that thing, and Rhyme was not certain it could with that move but was it worth the risk?

Oh....Oh! The Pachirisu sparks and chases after the Tyrannitar. What is this...beautiful stone? "Tyrannitar, STOP!! Don't do it!!" Perhaps its the pull from the stone but she sparks, though Aria has other ideas.
Tugging out a Poffin, the Altaria tosses the food at the creature after gaining some altitude, aiming for it's head to help distract it.

"Tar?" Growled the Tyranitar as it heard Rhyme. The monster didn't have much time to react to her as a poffin bounced off its head and fell to the ground. In that instant the Tyranitar got a whiff of the delicious poffin and had instantly forgotten about everything else as it bent down head first to sniff the poffin out and gobble it up.

As for that stone which Rhyme risked her life to save it remained sticking out of the wall. Did it just glow when she looked at it? No, must be her imagination...

Phew. Okay...well, it glowed...but Rhyme quickly made her way around to wedge herself between the two, looking up with wide eyes towards the Tyranitar. "Hey...Hey friend...You liked that, didn't you?" Rhyme says soothingly, pulling out another of the poffins to hold out open-palmed towards it. "I'll give you another...Here you go!" Tosses it up towards the Pokemon, trying not to spark from what was behind her, Aria nervously hovering.

"Tar!" Bellowed the beast happily as it snatched up the poffin with its mouth and devoured it in one bite, thanking Rhyme for the delicious treat with a lick to the face.

Music. There was music playing behind Rhyme. No, wait, there wasn't...was there? Should she look she would briefly see that stone glowing again, or did it ever glow?

...Well there's a happy Pokemon. Rhyme tosses it one more Poffin after being licked with a giggle before turning herself around and staring at the stone, wondering if she's indeed going insane. First music...and now its glowing but not glowing...? What's going on? "What...is this..?" She murmurs, slipping her bag from her shoulders, all the poffins spilling out around the Tyranitar's feet while she reaches to press her hand to the side of the stone, on the wall, taking in the appearance.

Upon closer inspection Rhyme could see a tiny figure on the inside of the stone. It was small but visible and appeared to be some sort of rodent. A Pachirisu? Yes, that is what it seemed to be, a stylized Pachirisu carving inside of the gem stone. If you had to label the style you may call it native or tribal. "Rhyme..." The gemstone whispers through the music.

No, that wasn't happening. It couldn't be. Was Rhyme going crazy? And if she was, did she care? That stone was so...beautiful...maybe if she just touched it, held it...

She had to have been going crazy. Something was calling out her name and damn it was serious. "I...I have to be dreaming." She shakes her head to get the music out, but the voice was...what sort of relic was it?

Aria chirps loudly, briefly clearing up the girls' head. The Altaria stares at the gem, then back at her trainer, who carefully pushes around the rock around the stone, sending pebbles falling down. There's another pause, and Rhyme removes her jacket, shaking her head as there's down against her ear. Aria's bringing her back to her senses briefly as she takes in a shaky breath, reaches out with the jacket to grab onto the stone and try to wedge it loose that way.

she can't take the risk, not with the way her minds going hazy.

As Rhyme takes the stone in her hands she would confirm that yes, it was glowing and yes there was music playing. Beautiful music, enchanting. Despite how wonderful the music sounded and how dazzling the stone was the little carving at its center looked so sad. What's wrong little Pachirisu? Can you not hear this melody? What is filling you with such sorrow?

The longer Rhyme stared at the stone the more engrossed she would become in it and its melody. Seconds were only passing since she pulled out of the wall and yet it felt like days of joy. Though joy wasn't the right word anymore, no.

The joy the stone had initially filled her with was now becoming distorted, ugly. Rather quickly she was starting to sympathize with the little Pachirisu at the center of the stone. Don't worry little one, she was sad too. And why was Rhyme sad? What horrible memories and thoughts were filling Rhyme's mind at this point?

Aria panics at this point and knocks one of the Pokeballs from her belt. Noise appears, grumbly and...now alert, because Rhyme is cradling the gem with the tiny Pachirisu in it. With a grunt, Noise tells that something is definitely wrong, the way that her eyes glimmer with tears, remembering how her parents would fight with her brother, with the way she woke up here, alone and afraid, the way that the Sharpedo nearly drowned her and scared her before Shibuya stood up to it, that shark pokemon now becoming Noise...remembering her mission from Thundurus, and how...somehow...trapped she feels..

The Altaria grabs gently on the jacket and tugs the cloth over the gem, and the bad feeling goes away, only a little. "A-Aria...." She whimpers, looking up too-wide stare at the bird making Noise bend into action and nudge the Pachirisu hybrid onto the bird pokemon's back. The two ended up bringing their trainer out, back into HQ, finding someone, anyone who was there at the time and could help their trainer out, Rhyme having to keep the odd gem covered to keep it from getting scratched, head ducked low.
