"It'd be fitting really. A nice diamond dusting." I said. "Ice bias. Sue me. At any rate, lets head off into the Pokemon Center and call it a night. Then in the morning we'll head up north for the bug catching contest; providing if you want to go that is."

My eyes narrowed. What the hell was he talking about now? Uhhhh...you know? It might be best NOT to ask.

We went back to the Pokemon center finally and called it a night. Though not before a few smacks to the back of Ryan's head. He was still naming off Pokemon with the help of the Pokemon Center's PC, all because of that little...or maybe not so little...scene back at the daycare. It was horrendous, but come on!

With the night passing by and the dawn of a new day coming in, I was still in bed in the Pokemon Center's dorms. I was face planted in my pillow. My Zangoose was at the foot of my bed, sleeping the night away after the hard battle. He by no means was willing to get up from the bed. This was probably not going to end well for me later if I tried to get up.

And yet, Aden was actually up and ready for once. Thankfully for him, his night wasn't filled with the horror that was such a sight at the daycare. He did wonder if something else had gotten to Blizzard, though, seeing him with his face buried. "Huh... and I thought it was bad hearing Ryan spout on about Pokemon and their info."

He gave Blizzard a tentative poke, before deciding that he might not want to get in the way.

"...Right... yeah, sorry." Aden moved back without much hesitation, his voice down when he spoke. He wanted to keep his fingers. Not to mention, he didn't want to find out how a Slash attack really felt. Not from those claws.

A few more minutes passed before Aden figured that it was better to just go on his own for this one. Ryan seemed to have already gone too; a cursory glance, as well as an attempt at finding him with his senses, turned up with no results. Quiet to avoid having Zangoose on his case, let alone Blizzard, he hurried on out to try and catch up.

Since the daycare was back at the southern gates, he figured to go for north this time. It wouldn't be too long until he managed to find his destination.

Ryan approaches the Ranger. " I am here to Compete. My Jolteon will be my pokemon of choice." he says. It is then that he notices Aden. Damn! What the hell was he doing up this early? Yet he didn't see Blizz. Which was a good thing.

With Ryan's and Aden's submissions in, the two were handed their set of 20 Pokeballs and the two were free to go roam the park grounds. The contest was going to start shortly for the both of them to size up the competition and the park itself.

While Ryan may be experienced with this area, Aden would find that this place was massive. While on a normal basis, seeing a whole lot of overgrowth was appalling, the park attendants actually made it work, having the park rounded off and growing in the shape of, unsurprising enough, a Pokeball. This place, regardless, was a bug paradise; so much of one, its probably not surprising that this place could be Bugsy's second home.

Park benches lined the brick path that lead up to the grassy and bush filled areas of the park, occasional trees were in the park as well which reeked of tree sap...a heavenly smell in the morning...to a bug. Aden and Ryan could already see, despite it not time to go capturing yet, a few Pokemon roaming about. Ledyba, Caterpie, Venonat, all going about their business. A Heracross, a rarity in this part of the region compared to the more moutainous parts, feasting on a tree. There would be no telling what else was roaming in this park. This was going to be quite a interesting turnout in the end.

Aden was more tentative as he went on into the park, noting the shape of the area as he looked. Lots of grass too... well, this would be an interesting endeavor. Unsure of where to even begin looking, he went for the tallest grass to get lost in.
