Tests are too much of a hassle. I only suggest the first-come first serve for limited spots. It may depend on what type of contest it is such as organization, level of challenge and what types of Digimon are being handed out. ninja

well the reason i suggest test, is to prevent people from not reading the rules about making a contest. with non-crew hosting i would assume that there would be a few rules of what they can, and cannot do. EX) cannot give away special digimon, can only give away 4 digimon in one contest. things like that. you dont have to quiz them, just have to know that they ACTUALLY READ THE RULES. something that many of us including me are guilty of not doing

i wasn't using that as an example of a contest, but rather as a way of determining that some members of this guild just aren't fit to run a contest at their maturity level

I can assure you that if we were going to allow non-crew to do contests, they would have to be looked over and approved by us and/or GW (if he's on)

Just rather than you guys giving us the contest to do, you do them yourselves once approved. Let's not try to make the start up any harder than it has to be ^^

yes I like them a lot. I do listen to a lot of punk rock(offsprings are punk rock) and hard rock so expect that maybe a little country or metal but no hip hop rap ect. Also techno if my friend gets on and sends me some good techno songs.
