"Okay great; we know what today is. Which means I traveled a whopping nine years into the future. Now what?"

Urk turned away from Father time and from the village. He raised his arms above his head, stretching the double-headed axe upwards into the sky. While he knew little of the significance of his own time frame, he knew that these numbers were very important. It was the When to where he would travel? Now would it take him through space too from the country he was in now? Who knows?

Concentrating on the date as Father Time had instructed, he imagined the phrase written in the air- September 12, 2009. With this and only this in mind, he brought down the axe with a mighty force. The tip of the front blade seemed to spark as if it had hit something hard and then a thin piece of light blinded Urk.

He was unable to see, but he felt his body being pulled forward. He didn't even have time to process it as he was sucked into a hole. The caveman screamed as he saw nothing but darkness and after a while he saw light again.

"Ah, agagaga, gomba santesiak!!"

He fell into a park just an ear's short of where the other wielders of the Time Blades were, landing in a tree, stuck with his limbs dangling out of the leaves. It could have easily been mistaken for a homeless person had it not been for his tiger skin and pronounced brow ridge.

Demien nodded.
"In that case, I am quite certain as to how to get to Berlin. All we need to know is what city we are in, which I believe is in America, from the look of things. Once we do that, we should be able to get an airliner to Berlin. THAT should please Father Time. Perhaps this is a "However it happens, get it done" test. The ultimate critical thinking test, as it were.

Selce nodded her head excitedly. "Yes that's a good idea, now lets hurry to Berlin. But you'll have to explain what an airliner is." She told Demien.

Demien thought carefully. She would simply not understand.
"It is a...building of metal. Iron, as it were. It makes a huge noise, and flies. YES, flies! Faster than the mightest of birds by far. Higher than any bird would ever hope to go, and nearly as fast as the speed of sound itself. It carries you to where you need to go. And lots of stuff besides. How it works is a...complicated idea."

Urk slid down, more like fell down the tree. He growled to himself as he felt the pain of his body after hitting the ground on his 'frontal' area. Slowly but surely, he got to his feet. He felt eyes on him and saw a browned-hair little boy. The boy had blue eyes. The young boy, no older than seven, was pointing at Urk. Behind the boy, which Urk soon found out, was a woman, likely the boy's mother.

"Look mommy! It's a bum!" The boy was just three feet from Urk. "He fell from the sky!"

The mother, busy talking on her cell phone had not noticed her son get close to Urk until the boy had spoken.

"Billy! Get away from that man," she said, dropping her phone. The blond woman walked over to her son, got his hand, and nagged him.

Meanwhile, Urk walked around and bent down to the cell phone, attracted to its strange noise. What was this thing? Unfortunately, Urk never got to find out because them woman came back to get her phone and shoved Urk away.

"You're not getting my phone!"

Urk fell down on to his back, taken by surprise.

The woman took her phone and said to her son, "Come Billy. We're going home!"

"But mom, he really did fall out of the sky!"

"Yeah, and I'm the tooth fairy," the mom said.

"Ugh," Urk said. Was this what Father Time had been talking about?
