I lay claim to being the only active person to have Alphamon Ouryuken, and Raijinmon, but yeah most title digimon have lost the rarity factor.

I have Ancient Kazemon and Gaiomon, that's about as rare as they come.

I think you might, but I'm not entirely sure, but you might have the only Regulusmon. While you may not have the only of anything, I do know you were the first to get both Dominimon and Regulusmon. To my knowledge you also have the only Callismon.

Which is really surprising to me (dexmon) he's rather easy to get... actually, lol.

Speaking of Hermmon, does he even have an entry anywhere? I think he definitely counts.
