Raiden had decided to leave without the girl with the strange eyes. As she made her way up to the courtyard she remembered that she had forgotten to ask the girl her name. She could hear her mother’s voice echoing about how rude she was. She frowned and pushed the thought out of her head, she’d just have to ask later.

She eyed that same girl with the long curly brown hair, Raiden couldn’t explain it, but the look on her face just bothered her so much. She glared in her direction for a bit and then turned away. She picked up her soccer ball and put it under her arm.

Nell followed the rest of the first years along as the caretaker led them into the courtyard and stared up in awe at how magnificent the castle looked. It was almost as if she had stepped straight into a fairy tale. Her concentration was broken however when she had to giggle at Caitlin's sing-song about Gracie and her crush. When they began to talk about dying again she looked at her own hair in her hands and had to ask. "What color do you think would look good on me? I was thinking...an auburn maybe?"

A smile appeared on Jack’s face when he caught sight of Gracie. He waved back at her. It was pretty dark outside by now, so Jack carefully made his way over to them trying to avoid anything he couldn’t see on the ground.
As he approached he heard Nell ask about dyeing her hair, she suggested auburn. “I think Auburn would be good,” Jack offered when he finally reached them.

Stepping out into the open she took a deep breath. The air was crisp and almost solid around her. This was her future. Her sister had ruled this place when she was here and though Penny didn't have that attitude she was excited to make her own way here."Hope this goes quickly." She said to herself really. Jack absently adjusted the pair of headphones that hung around his neck. He smiled again when Gracie mentioned him, but other than that stayed pretty quiet. He wasn’t sure what to say. He could understand hair a bit more than he should have since he dyed his every once in a while when his roots grew out, but he felt almost like there was another conversation entirely going on that he was missing.
