Some how i just had a hard time imagining that lil bear protecting the sanctuary, Her Skyrim counterpart is a bit more ferocious.

I got oblivion and skyrim in December but haven't had a chance to play either one yet. However, I've taken a peek at the wikia for the games to get some background information on the brotherhood. Are there other sites that I should possibly look at before rping him? Also, I'd love to rp with you guys at some point, though I'm currently slow at them. Got my plushie conversion a few nights ago but was having trouble coming up with a name. Thank you so much Elf for the plushie ^^. Here he is: Judah and the plushie

Rita Zyon I got oblivion and skyrim in December but haven't had a chance to play either one yet. Here he is: Judah and the plushiehomg he is amazing and beautiful :,D Actually Skyrim Wiki is a pretty good resource, look up the dark brotherhood, and the involved characters like Sithis and the Nightmother, Lucian Lechance is an important character in the oblivion and is more "traditonal" than the skyrim sanctuary npc's and is a fairly good base to start from. Lucian sets a pretty good example of how the nightmother might expect one to act and how to interact with a higher ranking member too. Skyrim Wiki has been very useful and is mostly backed up from resources and events in the game. you might find it interesting to read some of the books in the actual game itself. I'll often pick up something with and interesting title and keep it in my inventory for reading later x3 Sithis the book found in the sanctuary gives a good interpretation of how the brotherhood itself sees Sithis. but because Sithis is an origin story god/character any of the origin stories will hint or mention him (sometimes as a different name) Also because your new beautiful boy has the deadly plants on his back, it might be good to look into their alchemy properties, Nightshade, Nirnroot, and Deathbell. perhaps he could be good at mixing deadly poisons :3

So late in finding this plot thread and wishing I had an evil soq to join the brotherhood. Maybe some day. I'll have to keep poking about here. EDIT: Scratch that....I might have a soq. He's not evil, but he would probably work. He is a pirate after all....  uncert

Thanks for the tips Flan! I'll be sure to check them out when I have time. Ooh yes, that would be fun for him to do (mixing deadly poisons with the plants), I'll check out those plants too. So, since Sithis and the Nightmother aren't around yet, when rping our characters, can we assume the brotherhood is around but that the listener hasn't heard anything from the Nightmother in awhile?
And yes I'd love to rp with SilverShieldwolf, whenever you want to :3.

He was an air pirate before he met his mate. But, would he have to wear the hood on his cert, or can it just be mentioned icly? no i do not expect any pre-existing soq to have the uniform added. but it is an option you can seek out on your own. In character you can go with or without it, it is respectful to wear the uniform when at meetings with other brothers or while being in the sanctuary. It is supposed to make them harder to detect at night but whatever your assassination style, the cloak may not be needed.
