The Sith arent the Law in Huttspace but they have a certain ammount of pull as long as they dont interfere with the affairs of the Hutts.

But given that, at least by now, most of the city knows whats going on here, theres a good chance no one's going to interfere.
The Hutts wont get involved unless theres massive property damage being done.
