Drake joined in the kisses, wanting to help her however he could, but he wasn't going to take advantage of her vulnerability either.

Judith touched Patrick's hand. She wished she could stay a bit longer to say goodbye.

"No nookie in the back seat," Patrick finally commented. "We're almost there."

Koko slowly broke off the kiss and trailed light ones down Drake's neck until she settled down. She peeked out and saw that the sky was dark now and she pulled down the blanket.

"Now...." Patrick began. "Before we get there-just let me say this one thing..."

"As much as I'm sure you'll enjoy my ex's company....." he said sarcassically. "I advise you to reframe from eating her....it would probably be in your best interest." Koko glanced up in surprise at the comment.

Drake grinned
"ok, no chompy chompy." he wasn't too surprised that Judith had told him. he wondered what that meant however - were they a serious couple, then?

Judith giggled.
"I think we can refrain ourselves."

Patrick nodded. Then the lights of the smallish airport came into view. Patrick's cell phone went off....no doubt Ivy wondering where the heck he was. He reluctantly answered.....

"We're here.....just tell me where-"

"Alright.....alright."

Patrick drove.....following her instructions to a private gate. Her people were there to greet them as he rolled in......

"Yay....." Patrick remarked dryly when he saw her waiting in front of the plane and stopped. A woman with sharp eyes, short brown hair and dressed rather fashionsably stood with her arms crossed and tapping her foot impatiently.

Judith eyed the woman, she could appreciate a well dressed woman but Ivy did not look pleasant.
She looked at Patrick for reassurance.

Drake raised his eyebrows once he saw Patrick's ex.
"Hmn, I guess I can see what you saw in her." he said. she was attractive in an intimidating way, after all, drake knew he certainly woudl have tried with her, though he had a feeling he would also have tried to be rid of her.

"No disrespect, but she looks like a Shrew and a Cuckhold if ever I saw one."

Drake commented. Patrick seemed too nice a guy for her, even her bodylangauge was sharp. Maybe he just made bad decisions.


[couldn't help but slip in the old vocab - i've been studying 16-17th c gender for too long, it was only a matter of time til i had to have Drake use cuckhold - it's an awesome word xp ]

Patrick smiled. "Don't worry....I'll make sure she keeps her claws off you," he replied squeezing Judith's hand.

Patrick chuckled at Drake's comment. "Well....that's about half right," he replied. "Only I didn't marry her-thankfully."

He stepped out and round the car to open Judith's door and helped her out. Then he opened the back-the dogs bounded out and he picked up the box of puppies so Koko had room to scoot out.

Ivy's shoes clicked at her approach. "You said nothing about dogs," she complained and then looked Judith over and glared.

"I thought you liked dogs," he replied getting the luggage out.

"Small ones....not large beast," she said.

"They're well behaved," he replied. "If they make a mess-send me the bill." He came to stand next to Judith.

Judith looked back at Ivy, not backing down but not glaring. When Patrick stood next to her she stepped closer to him possessively.

Drake motioned for Bly to come to heel. he had no idea if it'd work, but he seemed usually responsive, and Yoki would probably follow suit, he hoped. they had to behave.

"We do appreciate the effort, miss." Drake said politely, hoping to charm her into relative clamness.

Patrick hooked his arm around Judith's waist and pulled her close.

Ivy bit her bottom lip-her eyebrow twitched. Her attention turned to Drake, who....wasn't bad looking....maybe just a little too young for her tastes. "I've been wanting to do some shopping in France anyway....your drop will just be a little detour," she replied holding out her hand. "Ivy Campbell."

Bly had trotted up to Drake at command. Yoki lingered behind with Koko who held the pups.

"Shall I take the luggage aboard then?" Patrick asked.

"Fine....just hurry up so I can get out of this hick town," she replied.

Koko glared but Ivy didn't notice.

"Shall I escort you aboard?" he asked Judith offering his free arm.

"Yes, you shall." Judith hooked her arm in Patrick's and smirked at Ivy.

"Sounds glamorous." Drake complimented and shook her hand before tilting it and kissing it briefly in a little chivalric gesture. he then released it and got ready to head aboard. He offered to take the box off koko's hands so she wouldn't have to carry it aroudn with her. he hoped koko didn't mind his little display for Ivy, it was an empty gesture after all.

Ivy seemed pleased enough with the response from Drake. She stopped to talk with her bodyguard who took nearby while they boarded.

Koko allowed Drake to take the box....he probably wanted to check on Buster. She didn't bother to achknowledge the gesture he performed. She knew better than to get upset over it.

Patrick took JUdith up to the plane and let her pick her seat while he store the luggage in the over hanging compartments. then he leaned over her-the necklace she gave him fummbled out of the shirt. It dangled from his neck. "Here," he said handing her an envelope of cash. "Not sure how much it translates into the currencey over there but I hope it helps." He leaned in further to give her a deep passionate kiss. "Sure you'll be alright....you have my number?"
