If EK attempts to invade Bestine, he's not going to survive very long. The Empire is paying for restructuring. technically, if he takes over, the rebellion will be on his hands, as the planet would have to pick up the bill to restart production.
The empire just has so much more wealth, no economic buisness would settle for a person with a greater opportunity cost.
Ahh... The subtle defeat of economic prowess.

well, Freya is like mon mothma right now. Just delegation after delegation and basically a diplomatic leader, unworthy of the need for combat.
You could attend the wake being held for the administrator, scouting out what's happening on Bespin. Or you could start doing military actions while freya does diplomacy.

I was thinking that a starfighter squad escorts the ships to Naboo.
But then again, Mon Cal seems to be a pretty big shipyard. sweatdrop

You know whats getting under my skin about this community stuff... Shouldn't the Sith controled Empire begin moving against these worlds! They'd at least set up a blockade of the Mon Calamari system, and probably have instituted extremely tight security with checkpoints and so forth on Bespin.
What the community should be doing (and this comparison would certainly irritate many of you) is launching insurgent attacks on imperial garrisoned worlds. These attacks would be alot like the attacks currently being waged by the insurgents in Iraq (Without the suicide and factional warfare). IEDs, ambushes, sabotage, random mortar attacks (Mortars do exist in Star Wars) and that sort of stuff. Only by making these attacks will your group move from a political movement to a destablizing and rebellious element within the Empire.

Well, the thing is, the Empire doesn't currently know about these world yet. Unless FP Retconned it, Mon Cal hasn't officially declared itself anti-
empire. Plus, the guerrilla warfare stuff is what I at least thought we'd be doing, we just need a military force first. Hence, why we're doing the political crap first.

My point exactly. ^^ And yeah, Freya would be tickled pink to not do anymore diplomatic stuff! xd But for now, that's the best way to play it for the time being. Plus, I had the idea that Mon Cal would be doing their bit beneath the Empire's nose.
