He smacked the table, and was about to obnoxiously demand that they be brought food immediatley, when it arrived. "SpEAK of the crap. Here it is.", he said after a moment, realizing the waitress that was walking towards them had two plates, one was Amanda's dish, and the sandwich Dan had ordered was.. obviously his.

Amanda chuckled lightly. She thanked the waitress when she set it down and bit into her burger.

He glanced at her for a couple seconds, then smirked, then tried to contain his laughter, then finally broke out laughing with, "Ho-Ho-HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHMANNNN!!!! YOU are a FAT-a**!!!", he said pounding the table. He stood up suddenly and eyed her down, and then lunged forward. "KEE-YIEE!!!", he yelled, karate chopping her in the neck pefectly so she fell unconsious and her head hit the burger straight on, with a crunch. "Da-HAA-HAAYYMM!!! Ahh christ.. cya.", he said, kicking her unconsious body, and walking out. He slipped on a spot inside the resturant and smacked his head on someone's plate on the way down, sending food and utensils flying everywhere. The steak knife colided with his head and impaled him.
