It was still dark and Emilia wandered aimlessly for a while. Her steps had led her on the main square where the funeral took place, then she had walked towards the little lake which was on the outskirt of the city.

The werewolf was mentally tired. Life was tiring for those who lived long...too long? The woman laid on the grass by the shore, leaving her hand dip in the cold water, gazing at the stars.

"What future do we have...?" she wondered aloud.

((sorry Kage))

Rolias looked up from his work as the nurse directed his attention to her again, "is she done?" he asked, his hand still on a small stack of papers that he was looking through.

(OOC: It's alrgiht 4laugh .)

There were no energies in the room other than the girl's and the curse on her. Quietly opening the door and stepping in without awakening the girl, Kageko then quietly approached the bed that she was on and hovered her hand inches away from the chest, not wanting to risk the chance of waking her up by touching her. Her focus completely on the girl, Kageko then began to find the energy of the curse within the vampire girl as quickly as possible.

The nurse answered respectfully, "Yes, and she has asked me to inform you that the vampire girl might have a curse on her, which could be the cause of her abnormally slow healing rate."

Rolias tapped his pencil and thought about the possibility of a curse before he dropped the pencil and stood up from his seat, "is she with the girl now?"

(OOC: It's alright, I have the same problem with that as well sweatdrop .)

The nurse hesitated a bit before replying, just figuring out now that the girl might not have left, "Well, she said that would leave and asked me not to escort her so you would know about the curse earlier." Now, without anything confuse the nurse, she could kind of see how what she had done might have been a mistake.

Kageko's hand remained hovering over the vampire as she tried to find any traces of the curse. They were definitely there, but the vampire girl's weak aura also weakened the curse that was upon her. she thought quietly to herself, Figuring that she probably wouldn't be able to read anything more from the vampire girl, Kageko simply committed the energy, and any other information she could find from the energy, of the curse and the girl to memory and drew her hand back.

Rolias walked past the nurse and casually over to the vampire child's room and opened the door, coming face to face with what he guessed to be the woman he was told about. He held his arm in a way that she could not leave quite easily and waited for an explanation from the young woman.

Kageko felt the doorknob seemingly turn on its own--of course she knew that it must have been someone that was about to enter from into the room from the hallway--and immediately stepped back a bit, seemingly relaxed but senses one full alert. She chastised herself, as she found herself face to face with a stranger. From the picture that she had seen in the waiting room, she guessed that this must have been the head doctor. "H-hello sir," the seventeen-year-old girl greeted, her voice sounding hesitant and apologetic, "I'm ermm… sorry, but I think that," she paused a bit, as if she was thinking about something and then continued with the same tone but in a much quieter, slightly guilty, voice, "I, uh, guess that I'm not supposed to be here?" with the last part of the sentence, she smiled up embarrassingly in what seemed to be a failed attempt at an innocent smile. For all the world, she seemed like a naïve fifteen-year-old who had been caught, knew that she had been caught, and wasn't trying to hide anything at all. At least, that's what Kageko hoped that she looked like. Kageko thought as she maintained her act,

"It is past visiting hours," he said with a smile before he got serious, "but don't think me a fool. My nurse told me you think a curse may be behind the reason the child is not healing properly. Have you found something?"

Alexandria stopped under a tree and Angeles dismounted from her and sat down underneath the tree. She had one target in mind, the Blessed member she had met during the incident at the queens funeral, it would probably not be difficult to find him, and she got marks for Fangs members more often than not, it would be easy to interrogate one before killing him the next time she had the chance.

For now, she absently spun the wedding band around her finger. It was cold, even to her, empty, there were no pleasant feelings attached to it, only pain and regret, a reminder of why she did the things she did, and why she did not do them differently. She had moved past the death of her husband, if she cared enough she could probably go find a new lover, but there was always one thing barring her path: trust. She trusted no one, not even herself.

Kageko sighed, of course it wouldn't take a genius to figure out that she was probably the one that asked to see the shard. "W-well," she continued in her hesitant voice, "So far, all I could really find out for sure is that the curse really is affecting the child. I-I can't read anymore than that because there isn't enough to read."

Rolias removed his arm, if she wanted to leave now she could. he folded his arms and looked down at the ground, "a faint curse," he murmured, "perhaps something that wasn't meant to target vampires...."

Kageko left and would have walked directly to the entrance of the hospital if she couldn't help but feel a bit guilty. She had paused a bit to keep up her façade, whether or not it was working, and so had heard the doctor's mutterings. If the doctor believed that the curse might have been weak when it really wasn't, he might underestimate it, which could lead to wrongly treating the vampire girl. Although Kageko herself didn't know the normal strength of the curse, there was still a possibility. "U-umm…," Kageko stopped a couple feet outside of the door and turned her head back a bit, "Just so you know, the curse might simply be weak because the girl is weak. Just because it is weak right now does not mean that it is a naturally weak curse." With that said, Kageko made a swift bow to make her act even more convincing before turning back around and walking swiftly out of the hospital.

Erik stood up, he shook his head in a useless act of defience of something he couldn't control. I will have to deal with this. He opened his eyes warily and ran into the town once more. Once again using the rooftops for movement and anything loose as a springboard. He was thinking again, what if it was a vampire in fact, what if that vampire from all those years ago had done this. No, he wouldn't have cared, it's something else, I'm sure He landed on the edge of a rooftop and sat there, silently brooding over his thoughts.

After an entire night, and most of the morning, wasted on fruitless searching of the nest of Fangs, dodging his cousins and brother, sucking up to his parents and their leaders, Saeven was dead tired, hah, imagine that, a vampire dead tired. But instead of falling into bed at one of his semi-used hideouts, he searched for Louis. The man would, or should, want to be able to eliminate the Fangs as suspects. Saeven had bigger bag's under his eyes, his skin was paler then usual, and he seemed to be needing a feeding very soon. A night of transforming back and forth from rat, to vampire, took a heavy toll on him. His mental blockades were weak and his feeling of hopelessness seeped through.

After awhile, he finally found the other Vampire. The man looked even worse for wear than Saeven. The look on his face made Saeven pause before stepping closer. "I have spent the entire night and all morning with my... family. I have talked to many that were disgruntled about not being able to attack the Kings or Citizens directly. There is absolutely no doubt that they had nothing to do with this haphazard attack."

He paused here, looking closer at the drawn look on Louis' face. He figured a hunt would do them both good right now.

The morning light illuminated another drawing Angeles was creating in the dirt with the tip of her finger. She blinked once and looked over at the sun before looking back at the drawing. There was no doubt in her mind now: humans had been the creators of the explosive. She stood to her feet and kicked the drawing before she rubbed her eyes. She needed rest, but she would not get it. Instead she turned to Alexandria and got onto her back.

She would begin her search for the member of the blessed that she had encountered at the funeral. Even if he had nothing to do directly with the attack, she was sure he could produce the answers she needed.

Emilia was up a little late. She yawned and stretched. Minutes later she was in her garden, enjoying the day or rather roaming around trying to understand the latest events. She was furious at her inability to comprehend the death of her Queen. She sighed.

A presence made her turned her head and she growled.
"Morning Louis. Don't you know there is a main entra-" she stopped as she looked at the Leader of the Unit, he looked awful.

"Emilia, I need you to go with her." Louis's voice was tired.

"With who?" asked Emilia and somehow she already knew the answer.

"You know." answered the vampire.

Emilia sighed. "Why? She is big enough to take care of herself and you know better than anyone that she only works alone." yet the werewolf was looking at Louis with strange eyes. Why did he want her to go with Angeles? Was she in danger? Did he want her to spy on the vampire?

"Go." Louis ordered.

Despite her reticence, Emilia left. It was morning and her powers were done, yet she managed to smell the piste of Angeles. She growled though as she quickly realized that she need a horse...
"What a f****** day!" she cursed as she launched her horse behind Angeles. Soon the vampire was in sight.
