She turned to Jack with a apologetic smile. "I'm sorry my friends might be idiots." She said, with a quiet chuckle. She ruffled her hair awkwardly.

Cameron followe the crowd of first years to the Quad before noticing they stopped moving once more. Are you kidding me?! he thought, growing quite impatient. Not only that, but the boy was quite nervous about where the Sorting Hat would put him. By the sound of it, no matter what you do, the hat will see the true you even if you have a clever disguise. Although some students were still trying to come up with a last minute disguise.

“Oh no,” She must have noticed that he wasn’t talking much, “I just didn’t want to interrupt you guys.” After Nell had pointed out that he was always agreeing with Gracie he had stopped suddenly. Was there something wrong with that? Had Jack broken some unspoken rule that he didn’t know about? He quickly tried to change the subject thought to be all-inclusive, “So… aside from everyone here has anyone talked to anyone else?”

Jack laughed at Nell’s overly dramatic line. He glanced around at the other students that were standing around. It looked like a few of them were awkwardly standing by themselves at the moment. He spotted a guy a ways down who looked pretty impatient. As much as Jack loved talking to Gracie, Nell, and Caitlin, it might be nice to add another guy into the conversation.

When Jack asked about other's they had met she had to think back to the station and the boats to answer. "Well, there was Cloe, Rose, and these twins um...Keith and something. Gah! I'm horrible!" the Scot berated herself. When she looked back up she saw that her friends were welcoming another boy over and waving with a smile, she welcomed as well. "My name's Nell, of Boddam, Scotland, nice to meet you as well."

Eoin followed the crowd of students quietly. He observed each child there with a scrutinizing eye. To others it might appear that he his giving them an evil eye, but he simply is figuring each person out in his head. He observed how that interacted, from friendly conversations, to less amicable meetings. he was trying to figure out the working of human nature. Since he had been at home with his mother being the only other person he had to deal with from most of his life he didn't know how to deal with people so he choose then to learn.

His gaze eventually left the idle lolling of the kids surrounding him to look at the castle. 'I'll admit it's quite beautiful.' To say he could care less about being here was an understatement. The sole reason he decided to come was because he mother didn't want him to and he just didn't want to be kept back because of what she wanted. Yet besides that he wasn't interested in Hogwarts or wizardry for the matter. He was fine living life as a muggle, that was what he was used to anyways.

Yet even as he thought more about how he didn't care he couldn't help but wonder what the year would hold for him. Who he'd meet. What he'd learn. It was an experience he didn't car much for. But an experience none the less.
