Aw psh, the only reason I buy Naruto once in awhile is so my boyfriend can read it. He wouldn't buy them otherwise (something wrong with reading books backwards).

Oh stop, I'm blushing.

I buy it when I MUSSSST HAAAVE EEET. Yeah. I get sort of freaky when something big happens. I was ecstatic when I got my hands on chapter 300, which, is now in a book of it's own... Still was I overjoyed to have the Jump Weekly original. I like the big pictures, but the print quality is still worse than the books themselves...

Haha.

The original Japanese Shounen Jump prints are not that great. I bought one when I visited Tokyo, and it's pretty bad. xd

I know. I have 8 of them and 1 Shojo Beat. The paper is recycled; a lot like newspaper but even or coarse, and full of impurities. The printing quality is awful, and the binding of the book is weak. It's why I removed the Naruto chapters. I keep them in a plastic slip sort of like what you'd put Pokemon cards in. xd

I only own one Shounen Jump, and I used it in a collage, so it's like a shell of what used to be a magazine. I own one Shoujo Beat, because someone lent it to me and I forgot to give it back.

I know this is a stupid question, but in English or Japanese?

Because "Weekly Jump" is way different than "Shonen Jump." In this case, the English version is of better quality.

I have... 3 Shonen Jumps. One Shojo Beat. <-- English. I was never into it... I liked collecting Novels better. Then I realized I could get my hands on Weekly Jump, so I started getting it every chance I could. So far, that's only been 8 times.

It's in english. It still looks like crap though. Especially now, since the pages are in shreds 7_7

OHHHH. Well, that was stupid. Seems like a waste... I hope it's someone important.

Miles away...
Sasuke: OWWW MY OVARIES!!

NO! Shikamaru... O_O;
That genius boy.
He gave it to Kakashi, and told Kakashi to collect the blood. I thought that was Kakashi's idea... but Kakashi said, "It is you who underestimated Shikamaru." Oh my god HE'S DONE IT AGAIN!! WHOO!! GO TEAM KAKASHI!! (Temporary team Kakashi, I mean)

well, that was random XDDD, I still dont quite get it =/:
He gave Kakashi the Capsule at the beggining of the mission and he kept one for himself.
Kakashi collects Kakuzu's blood and gives it to Shika, then Shika uses it on Hidan's Scythe...but who's blood is he holding on the capsule!?
Lols.

NO NO. He gave it to Kakashi. Kakashi retrieved blood from Kakuzu. He gave it BACK to Shikamaru.
I was wondering why he gave it back, like, "I DON'T NEED THIS b***h.." but now I get it...
i dont remember kakashi giving it back but... that doesnt matter does it? kakuzu and shikamaru are both dying and... hidan doesnt know it yet! lol
I'll find it.
It does matter. It would mean there's only one.

Shikamaru isn't hurt! That's the awesome part about this plan! Somehow, that blood capsule made Kakuzu's blood reach the blade.

I have speculated this. EITHER Hidan's blade hit the capsule, and the "cut" on Shikamaru's cheek was just splatter, or the capsule somehow MASKED Shikamaru's blood as Hidan, using some sort of technique (like a scroll).

Shikamaru wasn't touched. So it seems. If he's dying too, that was a stupid plan. Unless that blade had BOTH Shikamaru and Kakuzu's blood on it, then only one of them is getting hurt. :3

probably the blood Hidan licked was Kakuzu's, or the blade first got Shika and then got Kakuzu's
shikamaru was scratched on the face. i think that, because there is a needle to take blood, that shikamaru injected himself with kakuzus blood

That's what I'm thinking. I just don't get how it makes any sense. Scientifically. xd

I wonder what would happen if someone affected by Hidan's curse attacked themselves. Would the technique reverse and have Hidan take the damage instead of the target of the curse?
I don't think it would for three reasons.

1. Hidan is in the circle, wearing the amulet, and controlling the spell.
2. The attacked/attacker (Say, Shikamaru) is not immortal, and would die.
3. Even if it DID hurt Hidan back, Hidan is immortal.

This is like asking if someone else can control Shikamaru's shadow.
I figured it wouldn't work that way, but its ammusing to wonder.

I got the idea from a technique someone used in the Samurai Deeper Kyo manga. The technique makes atacks on the user strike the ones who atacked, and the only way out of it was to atack yourself when the ability was active.

Samurai Deeper Kyo was dealing with Samurai. TOTALLY different sort of martial art.

Bah, it's Naruto. Science has a loose, occassionally applied logic. Considering Hidan operates off "tasting" his prey, Shikamaru's logic may or may not be more right for living in the midst of this insanity.

Wait, unless... Okay, why've I been missing all the crazy voo-doo-daddy shake-downs? wink

So wait. Did Kazuka actually kill the Hokage or just fight him? I guess I assume he was killed but it was never clarified.

I understand that. It was just an idea. I was also tired when I thought it up.
