I made myself sick last night from eating too many cream puffs(mmm....cream puffs....*drools like Homer Simpson* )

I got sick from eating these pastries that my grandmother's friend gave us. They were like mini-bundt cake things......lemon poppyseed.....oh, they were SO good......and I spent a good 40 minutes sitting near the toilet at two in the morning. cry

Ok time for a little rant. Now I like anime/manga as much as the next person, but why do people feel the need to obsessivly hump Japanese words when it comes to rping? I don't think I've ever seen one rp advertisement that says gay, homosexual, or lesbian rp wanted. It is all freaking yayoi this and yuri that and then there is this weird obsession with narrowing characters into being seme or uke or whatever the hell they are called. God it is drawing on my last nerve. *twitches* at least there are still heterosexual rps out there, though I'm just waiting for some Japanese word to take over that one too.

Awe, I've always wanted to learn Japanese or Chinese because I always thought they sounded neat, not to mention I just love the little symbols for writting. But, I'm a lazy creature so I don't see that ever happening. To bad you lost much of it, I would have loved to have learned two languages when I was younger and my brain had the chance for it.

It annoys me mostly because it has become some silly fad/obsession. I'm actually starting to miss the days when anime and manga wasn't that well known in America.

I tried to take Japanese, dropped out in the first semester. Then my brother took it in College his freshman and sophomore year. Going to Japan is actually really neat and I love the people there..but I hate the wannabes in America. There is absolutely no way that America will ever be Japan
