Sɑɱυεƪ ᴊᴏᵴҥʋᴀ Ɖɑᴠіʂ “Relationships are ropes. Love is a noose."
Samuel remained quiet while Micha took everything he'd said in. He knew it was a lot to think about, especially since they were still very early into their relationship. He gave a light shrug as the male asked how long he was going to be gone. Samuel watched the male as he turned away. For someone curious to know, now that the possibility was real, he seemed like knowing was the last thing on his mind. "Right now it's looking like it could be about a week, two at most." he replied softly. Reaching around behind him, he grabbed the males' hand and intertwined his fingers. He allowed the silence to settle for a few minutes again to let Micha again absorb this new information. "Hey," he said, nudging the male lightly,"You ate yet? I need food that isn't of the carbonated or caffeinated variety." Though it was an important conversation, Samuel didn't want to talk about work all night. He wanted to get out of here and relax. If that meant dragging Micha along with him, he had no problem with that.

Sɑɱυεƪ ᴊᴏᵴҥʋᴀ Ɖɑᴠіʂ “Relationships are ropes. Love is a noose."
Glad to have the male come along with him, he released the males' hand and moved back over to his desk. "Just give me a minute then we can leave." he said, leaning over his laptop to save what needed to be saved and close everything else. Once that was down, he shut down the whole thing, gathered up his power cord, laptop bag, and suit jacket. He also checked himself to make sure he had his phone, keys, and wallet. Samuel didn't bother straightening up papers, or putting much else away. It wasn't like his work was going to simply walk off and no employee had the stones to try to steal anything from him either so that wasn't an issue either. When he was sure he had everything he needed, he ushered the male out of the office, turned out the lights and locked the door behind them. Leading the way back up the narrow hallway, Samuel paused on their way out to toss the keys to one of his few remaining employees, instructing him to lock up tonight and put the keys in the usual place. The employee nodded in response, he was a scrawny man, one of the local college kids he'd hired on that proved to be more useful than the last bunch he'd hired.
With everything settled, Samuel led Micha out of the club and towards his car. This week instead of the mustang, he drove a bright red Dodge Challenger SRT-8. Bright headlights flashed and the locks popped as he hit the disarm button on his keys. Being a gentleman, Samuel went around to open the door for the male, closing it behind him as he got in. He then went around back to place his laptop and jacket in the trunk, making a mental note to retrieve both when he got home. Walking around the rest of the car, Samuel slipped into the driver side, the engine roaring to life as he started up the car. Buckling up, Samuel gave a few minutes to let his car warm up before pulling out of the spot and heading to the diner.

The streets were dark and quiet as Samuel pulled out on to the open road. Only a few drivers were out, which suited Samuel just fine. He may have been used to the crowded streets of the city, but he much preferred the quiet less traveled streets at night. The trip to the diner was a short one; just two lights and a turn and they were there. Pulling into the parking lot, not counting himself there was a grand total of three of other cars in front of familiar blue and silver building. Parking his car, Samuel cut the engine and got out of the car. Once again he came around to get the door for the male, waiting patiently for him to get out and close the door behind him. Allowing Micha to walk ahead of him, Samuel headed toward the diner entrance, just inside instead of a hostess was a sign reading "Please Seat Yourself". Samuel looked to the male, unsure of where he might to sit, "Lead the way." he said quietly, taking another glance around at their various choices.

Sɑɱυεƪ ᴊᴏᵴҥʋᴀ Ɖɑᴠіʂ “Relationships are ropes. Love is a noose."
Samuel didn't think Micha's questioning him about staying over was dumb. In fact, he thought it quite the opposite. He found Micha could be surprisingly considerate when he wanted to be and he was grateful for it, especially knowing how hard each of them had been working this past week. Though it might have been inconvenient, Samuel still wanted to spend more time with him. He was glad though that Micha did eventually agree to sleep over. He didn't mind taking him over, but he also couldn't help thinking it would be a bit of a waste. The time in his office, a late dinner, what was that? About an hour, maybe almost two? Too short in his opinion. But he kept that opinion to himself. He should be glad just to see the male at all this week.
Leaning his elbows against the table, Samuel pushed away his empty cigarette pack. The plastic and cardboard crushed and twisted into an odd shape. He quietly thanked Micha as he took the pack as it was passed to him, slipping one cigarette behind his ear and another between his lips before passing the pack back. Cupping his hand around the tip, he flipped open the silver lighter, flicking the flint wheel a few times before it would spark. Inhaling deeply he set the lighter back down and leaned back as he exhaled slowly. "Any plans for the weekend?" he asked randomly to keep the small talk going. Samuel didn't mind the quiet. It was probably the most quiet he'd had all week. But he figured since Micha had made time to spend with him, he in turn should at least use said time wisely and not in silence.
