whats it about?

Well, there was a war going on. But after it, there was a econome problem, and random terrorist oginizations started. And several govermental police force begain to combat them. One was a Speacal force, and the story is about one of the guys in it.

I'm not really sure how to describ, without giving away some things to it. The people who did Akira did it, and it's pretty neat anime. If you liek anime that makes you think, and try to get into the goings on, be a good one. Some pretty bloody sceens in it.
