My school's homecoming week starting off terribly with disrespect and vandalism to each other's houses (worse than toilet papering). We were yelled at two or three times a day for two days. Everyone hated homecoming.
Today, we had our all school pepfest. At this event all the grades come up with a class cheer to perform and the faculty does their own cheer. I have never, in my three years of being at this school, felt more united with everyone. At the very end the faculty and staff did their "cheer" and all the grades ran to the center of the field house and put their arms around each other and swayed back and forth as we sang our rouser. To be honest, I almost cried because it was such a beautiful sight. Every person in the school was in a cluster in the middle of the field house singing.
Our principal even came out to the middle of the field house before the faculty/staff cheer and said, "Never, in my twenty years of working here, have I seen such a respectful pepfest."

I skipped school today to catch up on homework from a different
day that I had skipped. (Yeah I know, stupppid)
So my day began with waking up at 6am then deciding I'm staying home
then playing Final Fantasy 12 until 1pm. (I'm a total video game nerd. xp ) Then I discover this awesome new app on myspace which I'm probably about to go play. But the highlight of my day was I ACTUALLY got my work done. I'm shocked. Normally when I convince myself to stay home I say I'm going to work but I just slack off all day. But I got everything done mrgreen
My jouralism and english teacher are going to chew my a** out tomorrow though. gonk
