Avo slowly nodded over at Sub.
"I'll be sure to enjoy myself here... If you ever need me, I will be ready" Avo said as he smiled. He then watched Guy come up and shake hands with Sub. Maybe it was time for Avo to take a quick rest.

Doragon took the paper and nodded. "But let me go to the PC first," he said, dashing away. He came back a few minutes later. "Alright let's go," he said to Fawkes, walking out of the Hq.

"Well, all the operations carried about by Team Snagem begin here." He said looking around. "It's our goal to instill a gray philosophy upon the world, so to speak. We protect the world from the lowest and most vile of scum but at the same time make sure no one power, however good, gains a monopoly over this world. Good nor evil, we are the gray in the middle." He grinned. "Look at me, sounding like a commercial." He laughed.

"Hm? What do you mean by that?" He asked, his question wasn't too specific. "Well, we make do. For manpower we do have several hybrid members, half Pokemon, half human, which several are rather powerful warriors. Myself, I have dedicated my life to training Pokemon and if I do say so myself my companions are not pushovers. And well, I guess luck does play a role in our success..." He shrugged. "Did that answer your question?"

"Well, let me see here..." He said folding his arms, trying to think up a good explanation without getting into specifics that even he wasn't too sure on. "Well one way it is possible is through experiment, there have been some rather ill intentioned scientists that have conducted experiments on both Pokemon and people, developing methods to splice their DNA, be it turning a Pokemon into a human or a human into a Pokemon. The process of completely altering to one or the other seems impossible so there is a halfway point that they get stuck at, thus hybrids."

He took a deep breath and started speaking again. "Another is something I discovered through my own studies and only seen a few alleged to be created by this way but it appears humans can gain the power of Pokemon through more mystical means, if you will, this is by gaining a rather large reserve of elemental chi, or energy if you will, but that's another topic." He begun to scratch his head, explaining this was kind of hard for him.

"Yeah, you are correct, some hybrids are less than welcome but the world seems to be slowly accepting them as our group has exposed more and more hybrids to the world, in a heroic manner which helps their acceptance." He smiled. "Oh of course, can't be all work and no play right? Members are free to live out their own lives if you will, come and go as they please. Or you could stay around here, train your Pokemon in our custom made training room, which is really neat. I myself enjoy amusement at the expense of others, I guess my Dark type Pokemon have rubbed off on me." He laughed.

"Right up the stairs." He said pointing to said staircase in the room. "Just head on up until you find yourself down a long hallway. Look for a door lacking a name plate and take that room as your own. Everything you need you will find inside, bed, lamp, dresser, the works."
