Sɑɱυεƪ ᴊᴏᵴҥʋᴀ Ɖɑᴠіʂ “Relationships are ropes. Love is a noose."
After hanging up the phone, he glanced to Micha to see him starting to walk off. Though he didn't voice it, he was curious to know just where he was wandering off to. The house was quite large and he didn't want to have to go searching for the male if he go lost. Still leaning against the counter, he watched Micha shake his head in response. He figured as much. He was surprised the male had even gotten through their last movie. Hearing him speak again, Samuel peeled away from the counter and took the male by the hand. Leading the way out of the kitchen and into the main hall, he showed the way up the first flight of stairs and up a second flight. Down a hall to their right, in the middle of it was a set of dark wooden french doors. Releasing Micha's hand, he pushed them open and flipped on the light switches.
The library was neither very small nor too large. The floors were a made of mahogany oak and decorated with faux Persian rugs. Three chandeliers hung from the ceiling, giving just enough mood lighting to see where you were going, but low enough that small lamps were placed throughout the library. There was also a few leather couches, chairs, and tables evening placed throughout the space. Shelves lined the walls, stretching from floor to ceiling each of them filled with books of every shape, color, and texture imaginable. At the other end of the library, just beneath the second floor level was the baby grand piano he'd mentioned earlier. Stepping out of the way, Samuel allowed Micha to enter and explore to his hearts content. "What do you think? Like it?" he asked, watching the male closely, a small smile on his lips.

"As he wandered away from the counter, Micha glanced back toward Samuel. He watched as Samuel moved toward him and took his hand. Micha followed Samuel as he led the way out of the kitchen and into the main hallway. He kept a hold on Samuel’s hand as he walked up two flights of stairs. Micha continued following him as they made it down the hallway to a set of doors. He looked over the door as he felt Samuel release his hand. Micha watched as Samuel pushed the doors open and turned the light on. He knew couldn’t believe his eyes as he took in the library. Micha glanced over the bookshelves as they lined the entire walls. He scanned them before making his way toward the middle of the room glancing over the couches, tables, and chairs. Micha glanced up as he looked at the chandeliers hanging from the ceiling. He knew the library wasn’t massive but it was still rather bigger than he was used to. Micha finally laid his eyes on the baby grand piano Samuel had mentioned earlier. He glanced toward Samuel smiling, ”What can I say?...Wow… This library is lovely.” Micha spoke beaming a little at the sight as he stepped inside. He looked around some more taking in the rows and rows of books. Micha wasn’t the type to read but that didn’t mean he couldn’t appreciate a library quite like this."

Moving out of the way and allowing Micha to wander where he pleased. Smiling to himself, he watched Micha look over every shelf, every book, the piano, everything within the room. His smile broadened as the male responded. While Micha went to explore the library further, Samuel moved to the piano. Sitting down on the piano bench, he pressed a few of the keys. Surprisingly it wasn't too out of tune, just slightly but still playable. Moving his hands into place, he started to play one of the few songs he actually knew how to play. It wasn't one of the classical pieces he'd learned as a child, but instead just a piano version of a favorite song. Under his breathe he quietly sang the words, his fingers keeping to both the sound of his voice and the tune in his head. The library filled with the haunting melody, echoing throughout the space and making it seem louder than it actually was. He played the song until the end, silence once again settling through the library while he thought of another song. Sadly he was limited in what he could play. His specialty was strings, he'd only had a short lived basic training in the piano before moving on to the violin. Samuel pressed a few keys before another tune came to mind, it took him a few tries before he was able to find the right notes.

"Micha couldn’t help himself. It wasn’t often he stepped in a library after all his own studio held a small bookshelf of books that consisted of art books. He barely opened a book unless he had to. Micha wasn’t the type to really enjoy a book though he didn’t look down on others who did. As he moved around the room looking over the different books on the shelves, Micha heard the sound of the piano keys. He glanced toward the piano seeing Samuel had taken a seat at it and started to play it. Micha smiled as he listened to Samuel play. He continued to wander around the room as he listened to Samuel play. Micha knew Samuel’s key instrument wasn’t the piano but still he wasn’t bad at it either. He was glad that Samuel didn’t butcher his songs like most amateurs did. Micha finally finished looking around the room as Samuel moved onto the second song. He walked toward the piano as he moved to lean against the wall as he watched Samuel play the next song."

Sitting before the piano, his hands slowly moved across the keys. He was no expert by any means, but he knew enough to play one or two songs without too many problems. It also helped that he mostly played by ear. Music sheets were nice when he had them, but after awhile he found that the notes would blur together and he found it difficult to always follow them. He continued to play while Micha looked around, not minding in the least. Samuel had books of all kinds on topics like art, music, different languages, history, fiction, non-fiction, and more. To say he was a bit of a book addict was putting it mildly as he had at least one bookshelf in all the major rooms in not only this house, but his penthouse, his office, and even some back in his old room in his parents' house. Halfway through his second song, he felt himself being watch, knowing Micha was probably making some sort of judgement on his playing. Whether good or bad, he made no attempts in asking. Instead Samuel kept playing until the end, careful not to make too many mistakes now that he was aware he was being watched. When he finished, he smiled as he turned to face Micha. "It's a little out of tune, but would you care to play?" he asked kindly, motioning for the male to come closer.

"As he watched Samuel there was no judgment really. He was glad Samuel didn’t butcher any of the songs he played nor did he seem like he miss the note. Micha enjoyed listening to Samuel though he preferred his violin playing over piano. He knew Samuel wasn’t an excellent pianist but at least he could play a few tunes unlike some people. Micha continued watching Samuel as he played knowing Samuel had noticed he was watching but still he didn’t walk away. He found it amusing to watch others play especially if said player got uncomfortable with others watching them and started to make mistakes. Micha was glad that Samuel wasn’t the type though. Once the song ended, he watched as Samuel turned his attention toward him. He smiled as he slipped away from the wall and walked closer toward the piano. Micha didn’t mind that it was out of key after all he had dealt with worse. ”Sure. I can play something.” He spoke moving to sit down beside Samuel on the bench. Micha hadn’t planned in a while probably since the last time he played for Samuel. He had been too busy with work to indulge in his love for playing the piano. Micha slipped his hands up letting them dance over the keys a little just to get his fingers adjusted before he finally slipped into a song. He didn’t need sheets of music either. Micha knew a lot of songs by heart after all he had practiced them until he could remember them without the need for sheets. "

"Even though Micha preferred the piano, he still wished he would learn something more. He had an interest for the violin or cello but probably lacked the patience for it. Micha enjoyed the sounds of strings just as much as he did the sound of the piano. He preferred the sound of calm and relaxing to loud and obnoxious. Micha wondered how he ever managed to actually enjoy being in Samuel’s club but he did. Perhaps it was because of the DJ’s skilled hands instead of simply blaring music through the speakers. As his fingers slid of the keys as he played, Micha could feel Samuel watching him but he didn’t mind. He didn’t care if he had an audience after all he wasn’t shy of his skills. Micha could play for hours if he wanted to and lose track of time. He loved playing the piano as it allowed him to express himself in a way he couldn’t in words. Micha soon finished the song letting his fingers drift over the keys until he finished. He pulled his hands away from the keys letting them fall to his side."

"Learning took much time and patience with Micha. He wasn’t a fan of patience but there were some things he would take the time to learn and do. Micha started a young age learning how to play the piano and gradually learned over time how to play without sheet music. There was a lot he still had to learn and wanted to learn when it came to music but it all came down to patience. As he finished, Micha sat there with his hands at his side learning the silence surround them. He soon felt Samuel’s hand slip over his own. Micha didn’t mind the feeling as he glanced toward Samuel. He smiled as Samuel spoke, ”Thank you.” Micha spoke feeling happy from Samuel’s compliment, it wasn’t often he played for someone else. He shook his head lightly as Samuel’s next question. Micha didn’t want to sit around and play piano all day. He could do that at home. Micha glanced around the library smiling a little, ”No..Not really..” He spoke thinking of something else. ”So tell me what’s your favorite book?” Micha asked curiously bringing his attention back to Samuel. Sɑɱυεƪ ᴊᴏᵴҥʋᴀ Ɖɑᴠіʂ “Relationships are ropes. Love is a noose."
Though he wasn't the best judge of music when it came to the piano, Samuel really did think that Micha played beautifully. Unlike himself, there was no hesitation in his playing or any mistakes, at least to his ears. Smiling back at the male, he nodded in response. Samuel watched Micha glance around the library before responding next. That was definitely a hard question since he'd collected so many books throughout the years. Taking a looking around the library for himself, he gave it a moments thought. "Hmm....hard to say." he replied. "I guess for recent favorites it would be between The Fault in our Stars by John Green and The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern. I also liked Luna by Julie Anne Peters, The Curse Workers trilogy by Holly Black, Horns by Joe Hill and, don't judge me, the Harry Potter series." Samuel was a huge fan of fiction. Though his library was vast, it was mostly made of works of fiction. It didn't matter if said fiction was fantasy, sci-fi, slice of life, or even romance. He liked all kinds of fiction because it was nice to see the world through a reality that was different from his own. Standing up from the piano bench, he wandered over to a section not too far from the piano. "You know I've got some books you might be interested in as well." Smiling over at the male, he motioned for him to come over. "This isn't all of them, but I've got a lot of books on art, photography, and graphic design I think you might like." As he spoke he pointed out various books lining the wall, they were all arranged in alpha-numeric order and by category so they could easily be found.

"It was true that such a question was hard to answer. Micha couldn’t help but watch Samuel as he tried to come up with an answer. He found it amusing with how it took Samuel a while to answer the question. Micha didn’t mind waiting however. He wasn’t one for books and libraries but that didn’t mean he couldn’t appreciate them. As Samuel listed his favorite books, Micha found it amusing. He couldn’t help but smile a little at the certain titles. Micha even laughed as Samuel mentioned Harry Potter. He found it amusing the choice of books Samuel liked but didn’t mind. ”Such a nerd aren’t we.” Micha spoke teasing Samuel as he glanced around the library. He watched as Samuel stood up and walked toward a section of books. Micha didn’t doubt there were books here that would interest him too. After all Samuel had an array of books ranging from different genres. He stood up as Samuel motioned him over. Micha walked toward him glancing over the books as Samuel spoke. He scanned the books with interest knowing he could probably get lost for hours if Samuel left him in here. "

"He didn’t mind if Samuel was a nerd. In his own way, Micha could be a nerd as well. He laughed softly as Samuel merely smiled as his words. Micha walked toward Samuel and looked over the books with curiosity. As Samuel spoke it was like giving permission to a kid in a candy store to have whatever he wanted. He nodded as Samuel spoke smiling as he glanced over the books not sure what he wanted. Micha glanced to see Samuel stepping away and heading toward a chair. He returned his attention toward the books. Micha looked over the books as he browsed them. He grabbed a few different photography and art books off the shelf to look at. Micha glanced toward Samuel to see him reading a book. He smiled a little as he walked toward Samuel with a small handful of books. ”I’ll borrow these.” Micha spoke glancing down at the books in hand before looking back at Samuel. "
