Darksol88 "...Uh..." Somehow, this sounded like some sort of forbidden technique. "Blizz, exactly how much do you know about this one? Apart from the description." He asked, walking over to hand the TM to Blizzard. "Hidden Power. Ooooo yeech. Quite a bit. Its exactly what it says on the box. This attack, depending on the Pokemon, can come out as any type, at any strength. It depends on the Pokemon that's using it, which in turn can turn this attack into a bit of a gamble. Because if the results turns out pretty unsatisfactory, then you wasted money on a Hidden Power TM." I said to him.

"...Well, I could test it on sis... but I think she'd find some way to haunt my dreams for the rest of my life." Aden commented. "Could always go for that Thief one or something."

Darksol88 "...Well, I could test it on sis... but I think she'd find some way to haunt my dreams for the rest of my life." Aden commented. "Could always go for that Thief one or something." "Thief really is situational at best, to be honest with you." I said. "It usually involves stealing whatever a Pokemon has on them, providing that you can see it on them." I said. "Most trainers don't even get their Pokemon to hold anything other than say Cubone's or Marowak's clubs or Farfetch'd leeks and sticks. Most of what you can get out of Thief is stealing from whatever Wild Pokemon tends to be carrying around, which...ehheheheh...be ready for backlash."

"...Oh." Yeah, maybe not the best idea... Aden looked again for a few seconds, until he found yet another TM. This time, Return. "I could just go for this and use it later. From how it sounds, it probably wouldn't be good to use it right away."

From how it sounds, it probably wouldn't be good to use it right away." I leaned over to look over Aden's shoulder to see what he grabbed. "Return. Now that is a good move. My Zangoose knows that attack. For that matter, If I recall, Whitney's Miltank knows that one too. Real handy regardless." I said. "Incidentally..." A thought occurred then I walked down the isle. I started to browse the shelf then pulled out one other attack, near Hidden Power. "This one. Secret Power. The damage will always be a normal type attack at the same power. Hitch is, this attack can cause statuses depending on where the battle lies. For instance, in buildings? Good chance for it to be a paralysis attack. Or in gym's cases, where the building is built custom? Like for instance, say in Mahogany on the icy battlefield? You could freeze something. Take it out in a grassy field somewhere? You could possibly poison something. Take it to a sandy beach? Possible that you could blind them in a hurry." I explained.

"That... might be my best bet." Aden said. "Well, wait." Another one caught his eye. "Wouldn't work for the matter at hand, but I do kinda have Morty to worry about later... how about this one?" He asked as he pulled yet another case from the shelf. "Shadow Claw."

Now Shadow Claw isn't half bad either." I said. "Though..." I then took out my SNAG and started to look down the list of potiential shadow claw attack users. Admittingly, I had such an attack on my own Zangoose as well, but I was left to wonder what else... "Huh...Golduck can learn it. I may want a copy myself..." I said as I continued up and down the list. "Oh here we go. Your Nidoran can learn it." I said.

"That, and I still have that U-Turn TM from Bugsy..." Suddenly, ideas were going through his head. "I may have a chance on both of them."

Darksol88 "That, and I still have that U-Turn TM from Bugsy..." Suddenly, ideas were going through his head. "I may have a chance on both of them." "Heh..." Aden apparently had a few gears turning in that head of his. "Just remember what I told you here a short while back. I believe it was back at the Pokemon Center in Violet City. While it seems to be a good idea to teach a Pokemon the attack, remember if they're best suited for it. Like I mentioned with my Porygon-Z and the various attacks that he had, for instance." I grabbed a Shadow Claw TM for myself and started to make my way off down the isle. "Anyways, I'll be down this way if you need anything. I probably will be another couple of minutes."

"I wonder..." As Aden began to walk for the counter, Shadow Claw TM in hand, he looked at his SNAG to see which could learn that other move... so far, he saw two. His Raticate, and the Scyther he caught earlier in the day. Both known for their speed. This was going to be a tougher call than he thought.
For now, though, he went ahead and paid for the TM. He wondered what else Blizzard was looking at, though.

I was, of course, at an isle that would have been most dear to me. "Hello Ice attacks...lets see here-yes. Just what I have been looking for." I said, pulling out one case.

"You've been at this longer than me. I think I'm justified when I take more than five minutes staring at shelves of TMs." He replied.

I said making my way towards the counter with the Ice TM in tow. What was it? "Come with me my Avalanche TM...we have some havoc to perform." I said, making my way to the checkout counter.
