I haven't been here a lot lately either.. And take all the time you need! I've never played Brawl before, but it sounds addictive. Have fun, and don't die. 3nodding
Meh, I wish I got a break too, in stead I have to work even more than usual up until my exams, because everyone else at work have decided to get away/get sick now.. sad

Brawl is like some crazy Nintendo dream come true. There's THOUSANDS of things to unlock, and I'm not even a quarter of the way done, and I've been playing for TWO WEEKS NOW, just about.

I've drawn mostly women too, so it may be a good idea to start with something I know a little about.. xp I'm going to charge an extra 2000 dollars for people who ask me to draw wings from now on.. And do you know what I dislike the most about wings?? There are two of them! gonk  I'm sick of shading by now, I want to move on to colouring..

That picture looks mint <3 the shading is really nicely done and yeah wings D: i hate doing wings so so so so so so so so much - i find symmetry in pictures HARD

For some strange reason wing number two wasn't too difficult, even though I hate symmetry too.. Almost finished now, just need to draw the sword, background and overall touchups. smile I'm really looking forward to finishing this and hearing what the girl who commissioned me thinks. 3nodding

Hello Nixtey! I used this photograph. I really love the light in it, I had to try to draw it.. And of course I don't mind. smile I promised myself that I wouldn't post any more wips before this is finished, but it's getting too late tonight, so I might not get to finish it until after the weekend and I would really like some opinions first. I feel like I've been pretyy productive drawingwise today, I worked on this for so many hours.. But my monitor is weird, the colours come out very differentlyon the .psd and .jpg for example.. Does this look too gray for you, should I make it more saturated? I still don't like his face, he's not supposed to look nice, but I wish I could still make him look hot. confused I think maybe it's the nose that is the main problem.. And homg I can't believe I finished those wings.. The tips still don't look like knives, I guess I'll have to try to add some reflections and highlights. 3nodding I would be very happy to hear your opinions before I finish it. smile

wow the wings you can tell they are blades but yus yus more shineyness to them would bring them out even more
im so astounded by the amount of detail ori - seriously i can even see veins in his arms D: and yeah my monitor is a old old one so everything seems to be darker i need to get a HD LCD XD
I think the skin looks awesome - no need to do anymore o9n it i dont think - his face i think looks fine and his hands are just wow =0 i think i would be a very VERY happy person for paying $30 for this xD i assume it is for the comisshy ?
o0o and i started to draw you but its not going well for me today iw ill finish it probabaly next week as john will be around and such so i wont be online much next week D:

I'm trying to do poses the legs and the torso is weir di know the tummy and such is far far far too long and the legs dont fit at all.. but i want to do a smecksy pose for her but yeah im lost - the hair too i dont much like so that may change also xD

oh wow, yes the light is perfect in her picture... just hitting her face and leaving her back in shadow.. she's amazing.
And i think all the different grey's in your picture set each other off nicely. I think the face is good, but maybe a more square chin? Also maybe a little less shadow under his neck on the left side would change the way he looks. At the moment he just looks a little... round in the face.
The wings are AMAZING! i envy you for being able to do that!
I also like the darker grey aura/halo around him set's him off the background nicely.
I hope you don't take offense to my suggestions and feel free to ignore them biggrin
