well he owns the bussines, so he works 15 hours a day (its a cinema so its open really late), and he doesnt get a single day off. I feel kinda bad for him sometimes :/. not to mention his wife doesnt help out much

Oh now that I see his situation, I'd let him sleep some more. The man should deserve it. I mean, because he does all that work and his wife barely helps.
