Leon walked away quickly and thought over and over again how could I have worked for him...My preshes memorys gone..well most of them... He let out a sigh and walked slowly going nowhere in proticular. Leon stumbled and then regained his balence slowly just before he fell. "whoa!" Leon yelled. Leon found a stone and started kicking it. of course...right before my lesson That guy comes...I really hope Unkars ok...Leon looked out and stared at a tree in his way I should go back and make up with Gandohar... Leon walked back slowly and nervously knocked on the door and waited he could feel his heart beating out of his chest and sweat slowly tumbling down his face.

((How about the fact that you can't spell "else" right?))
Unkar sobbed until his heart couldn't take laying and his eyes were dry. He slowly stood and wiped his sore eyes. His eyes were red with irritation. Unkar picked up his robed and noticed the mark on his shoulder had a red X shaped scar like thing jutting out. It wasn't very noticeable but Unkar still worried whether or not it would be conspicuous when his robe was one. He pulled on his robe and realized that no matter how hard one looked, it couldn't be seen. He didn't care why it was that way. He wiped his nose and picked up his staff before leaving his room and rejoining the outside world. Right before he left, he noticed a shadow overcome his room. He turned around and was startled to see the red and black head of a dragon. He accidentally let out a surprised yelp. The dragon couldn't communicate with him, but it looked at Unkar as if urging him to speak. He felt as if he saw this dragon before, but he didn't know where he would've seen it. Unkar slowly crept out of the room, having a natural hatred for dragons after a... red and black dragon destroyed his home. Suddenly angered, he pointed his staff and the dragon and snarled. "You destroyed my home!" The dragon nodded his head, obviously understanding Unkar's tongue. It lifted its head out of the window. Unkar could hear it's foot steps - more like stomps - as it headed towards the main entrance.
"No, I will be fine for now." Gandohar said. "Tend to Unkar, and if he feels well enough, you may speak with him. You need not ask me to speak with him. Ah, who could that possibly be?" He added when he heard the knock. He cautiously tread towards the door, sword at ready and was startled when he saw the face of the young boy - Leon was his name, Gandohar recalled. "Ah, so you really are a fool!" Gandohar laughed. His laugh turned into a cough and he bent over, hacking. He got up quickly and wiped his mouth was his sword hand. "Sorry for that. I guess getting stabbed will do that do a person." Before he said anymore, Gandohar heard Crimson's voice in his head, and soon after saw his large, horse length wings.
Do not harm him, Crimson warned. I can sense his good intentions. And Unkar trusts him as well. Give him your hospitality.
Gandohar groaned, then said, "Come inside. I will decide what to do with you later. For now I wish to rest, not fight with a fool."
Death regained control. "What is it, dear friend?" Shadow replied harshly, his voice cracked with age. That fool left me to die! Surely you do not trust the likes of him? He couldn't even accomplish your simple task! He only killed the Suul fool! Death looked at Shadow with amazement and understanding in his scarred face. "I saw he killed Xin. Noble act, giving his life for a friend. Fate has a great plan for Unkar. That is why we must eliminate him now before he becomes a pest. We should execute him first, for the young Emperor will fall apart as soon as that happens." Death put up his black, ragged hood. "He is the most powerful being to ever face this planet. I do not trust him, but we can learn much from him." At this Shadow snarled. "As soon as we get what we want from him..." He grinned, and Shadow obviously enjoyed seeing that look. I believe you to be more powerful then him. Shadow said. "I believe so too. But he knows more than even I, for he has been on this planet for centuries, though he lived for only a short period of time. Now that they are tired, we will strike them again. This time, we will not fail. Shadow enjoyed this plan. He spread his wings, and gave out a mighty roar. "You feeling well enough for travel?" Aye, Master. I honor that you truly care, but you know of my healing attributes. "Good thing the fools don't know about Maghe. Well, Unkar does know some... but as we get closer, his Mark will burn worse then before." He grinned and climbed atop the waiting Shadow. They flew back towards the previous battle field, and were pleased to see them distracted, thinking they won!
Unkar felt a terrible pain in his shoulder. He clutched and this time, instead of giving in to the pain, staggered out of his room. He was dazed, but with his loudest voice, he called, "Gandohar, coming are they back! For battle prepare!" He did not know exactly what he said, for he felt to weak and dazed. He hoped he said the right thing. He tried to transfer some of his healing power into his shoulder, hoping for something. He then remembered the dark book Xin was reading, and he summoned it back. He momentarily recalled Xin before opening the book. The pain in his shoulder got worse and he nearly collapsed. He looked in the front of the book and looked for a section that might help him. He looked at one section and tried to spell it out in the Imperial tongue. "H-G-L-A-N-I-E. Wait... dammit (pardon my French... I found the moment appropriate for such inadequate language.) Think Unkar, think! Healing... that's it!" He flipped to that page and looked for a section that might help him. "Diseases, no... animals and beasts..." He couldn't find a section that might help. He cursed himself and went back to the front and looked for another section. The pain his shoulder stung with great pain, but he wouldn't let himself black out again. "Dark Magic... that might be it." He flipped to the page designated and looked for a section that might appeal to him. The pain grew and so did Unkar's weariness. His vision blurred and he blinked and he felt like everything around him was spinning. He looked at the page and tried to make out the writing. "Dark... Mark.. thas it!" he began fumbling on words. He tried to read on. "When His pres-nce is near to tha' of a vic'im..." he skipped and few words. "pai'... re'oved only when... dead." His shoulder was shot with more pain that made Unkar stagger. He fell on his back and opened his eyes. He saw dots all around the room. With all his effort he sat up and saw, in the book, exactly what he was looking for. He made out the words "Magicka bundle..." Xin never told Unkar about Magicka, but he learned of it through his years with Death. Magic was the manipulation of the body's natural flow. Magick was forced upon one and was an artificial, more powerful for of magic. Magicka was these two combined. When one combines the flow of magic and Magicka, what they get is called and Magicka. The place where these two magic's first intersect is called the Magicka bundle because that is where most of the Magicka in the Host's body is found. The Host can reach this and manipulate it's attributes and make a... an extremely powerful attack. Why hadn't Unkar thought of this before? With the last of his might, he reached within himself and gathered the Magicka bundle in his left arm. When he got as much of it as he could, he threw his glowing white hand onto his right shoulder. He screamed in pain and lost consciousness.
Gandohar looked puzzled at Unkar and knew something was wrong. Then he looked in the distance and was stunned to see a large black shadow in the sky. He gripped his sword and shoved Leon out of the way. "Get in my way at all and I will NOT hesitate to kill you!" Gandohar heard Crimson snarling in the distance. Even he thought they would not be foolish enough to attack again. But that was Gore and Shadow they fought earlier. Now they would fight Death. But how had Shadow recovered from the fatal blow so quickly? And how did he even recover at all?
Death and Shadow landed right in front of Gandohar and Crimson, and unlike Gore, he engaged in conversation. "Gandohar, son, it's been far too long."
Gandohar suddenly recalled what Death told him before they began fighting last time. "We do not share blood! My father was the great Emperor Furiv!"
"Ah, but who said anything about me being your father? Have you been informed that your family does not only consist of you, any siblings and the parents?"Death mocked.
Gandohar snarled.
Gandohar... Furiv's voice rang in Gandohar'e head. He... I am disgraced to say, is my brother. He killed me when I searched for him. He then stole your mother and... he had trouble saying 'raped' but Gandohar understood what he wanted to say. ...He wanted her to bear him a noble son, but all she was able to give was... Aisu. He was overcome by rage and killed her.
Gandohar was disgusted by his father's words. He thought his mother died of a disease after his father left. He knew Aisu was the single daughter of Death, but he could never have guessed that she was his half sister! He had many questions for Furiv that would need to wait. "Well then, Uncle, why have you turned on us all?"
Death burst out laughing. "Ah, you jest not? How could you possibly be so foolish?! Everything revolves around Power! Power is the answer to everything! I was more powerful, more intelligent, more courageous then that fool Furiv. Yet Father chose him to be his heir! I was the eldest son - I was supposed to take Father's place when he was dead! But he chose his younger son over me! ME! I had all the attributes of a great Emperor! I absorbed everything that Father said and applied it to my actions! I even helped Father with decisions! Yet he chose the weak fool! The fact that he is dead-" he spat the word, "-and I am not proves that! After Father's death and Furiv took over, everything went bad for me! Furiv married, had a single child - and a son -" he glared at Gandohar, "- that would lead the World once he began rotting in dirt! And what did I have? I had nothing! As I watched the burying of Father, I planned the assassination, my future! I knew what I would do! I would disgrace my Fathers' and my families name! That might show them that I truly was the better leader. I went to the Sanctuary of the Dark Lord and passed his trials. He allowed Gore to enter my body, and I have learned much from him! He granted me the thought to be long-lost Hellblade!" He pointed at his waist at the black blade with the dark aura hanging loosely there. "After that I set a trap - quite a crude one - that he fell right into. I told him that I wished to apologize for my actions. He allowed me to enter his castle and eat in private with him, the fool! That was better then I expected. I was foolish and revealed my dark blade and his guards escorted me out. I cursed myself for being a fool and planned my next attempt. I found a village and destroyed it and left tracks that were obviously mine. That is when Furiv searched for me and I met with him. He left his small child in the care of his wife, who escaped to a small village. I met with him, and we dueled. Sword with sword. Crimson and Shadow." Death gave his dragon a friendly pat. "Crimson was - and still is- a mere child. Shadow, however, is battle hardened, after centuries of battle. Crimson fought well, however, I must admit that. As soon as I gave that deathly blow to Furiv - a beautiful strike right through his heart - Crimson retreated. Shadow didn't follow, for we thought that, with the connection broken, Crimson would die and or would separate from civilization. We were fools for believing that. Then I found where his wife hid and forced her to bear me a son, but all she provided was that abomination, Aisu! I enjoyed beheading her as she shrieked in horror, trying to protect the little Gandohar and the small bundle in her arms that was Aisu."
Gandohar couldn't take anymore. "Enough, enough, enough!" he yelled. He fell to his knees, but quickly stood, not wanting to show so much weakness. His golden eyes shone, and with Crimson and Furiv as witnesses, Gandohar shouted to the heavens so all could hear. "Death, Uncle, you have commited many acts of evil. You have killed my family, destroyed innocent lives... I WILL make sure you suffer and fate worse then death! Let the Gods be my witness! I will not leave this planet until you are sent to Oblivion!"
Death began laughing. "Child, I do not fear death! I welcome it's cold embrace! Why do you think I go by Death? Because all who lay eyes on me end up dead? You are a fool and have much to learn!"
Unkar ran outside, after hearing that conversation. "You are the fool. You have much to learn as well. You think you are powerful, invincible, and immortal! Everyone has a weakness. And I believe I just found it." Unkar grinned, enjoying Death's astonishment in his eyes. His face, though, betrayed nothing.
"How are you living?" Death asked.
Unkar shoved down the sleeve and showed Death his bare shoulder. "I found your weakness. And you created it. When you bestow me with that Mark, you forever -or so you thought forever - bound us together. Well, I removed it by combining my Healing Magick and a Magicka bundle. But I found that a connection still lays between us." Unkar stabbed himself with a dull blade in the stomach. Unkar groaned, and he saw Death's wince. "So my suspicions are correct. If I die, then you will fall as well. I also found something else. In fact, I found many things!" Unkar grinned, and Death stepped back, startled.
"But if you can do that, then so can I, meaning that this is a weakness and a strength for both of us. Dear child, did you think I knew not of this? I knew the risks when I placed the Mark upon you. My only mistake was leading you to find the way to remove it." Death returned Unkar's grin. "Through Xin."
((By the way, since you probably don't know, "jest" means to, like, joke.))

Aisu sighed at the story she had already known of all of that exept that gandohar was her half brother. She senced A-...Miruka. Ah! I hope death doesen't sence her to or the whole perpose of this secrat it ruined!Aisu thought in anger for her even comeing. She's going to give herself away isn't she I had better get ready then...She walked closer to Gandohar and was trying to sence her....
"Wow da" The strange woman shook her head. "I mean Death...Is all you ever do tell storys of killing wow so mighty and powerful im so inpressed!" The girl gave a obviously face smile after her words that came out mockingly.
Why now of all times give herself away! Aisu thought in anger and wonder.
"So...Death...Do you know me? PROBUBLY NOT! im guessing...." She said while pushing her long blond and blue hair out of her face. "But continue i just wanted to contribute a little i'll close my mouth now." the girl said while giggleing to herself like it was an inside joke. Why must she be so stupid I guess I did a pretty bad job... Aisu thought. The girl walked over to Aisu and just stood there and gave Aisu a smirk and then a smile. "hey squirt i know what i'm doeing no worries if I die you can take your proper place in this messed up world k? I'll explain everything to Gandohar and Unkar to so don't sweat anything got it."
K'nock came running up to the woman and licked her legs until she picked him up and he licked her face and his tail was wagging.
The girl had long blue and dirty blond hair with kind of tan skin with cristal blue eyes about 5ft 7in she was dressed in an odd way and had the kind of face death and Gandohars mother had mixed together and had a skinny figure ,but not skinny like Aisu. Stanging beside Aisu she looked more like Death and Gandohars mother then Aisu did.

Death turned to the newcomer and glared with his ferocious red, blood-shot eyes. He held out his arm in her direction. He turned his hand palm-up and fingers outstretched. He lifted it up slowly in the air, and was pleased to see the woman begin to be forced up in the air. Then he clenched his hand in a fist and his satisfaction grew as he watched her trying to grab the invisible force at her throat that constricted her breathing. Death kept his hand up, even when she stopped kicking and struggling to get free. "I am sorry about that." he said, turning to Gandohar who had a look of pure hatred - and fear, Death saw with joy. He was too afraid to assist her! "You are just like your father! Weak and fearful!" He spat. "Anyways, I must continue my story. "I knew of your friendship with Xin. I knew he had this book-" he held the old leather bound book in his hand. Unkar staggered forward but quickly stopped himself. "This book holds many answers. To everything magic! That is why I gave it to Xin. My plan worked great. He became so absorbed in it that he even believed he could perform the forbidden art of Necromancy! This is the only source in the world - besides me - that holds all my secrets. I knew you would get desperate one time to steal his book. I never thought that you would be able to actually retrieve your Magicka bundle. Hmph! That is irrelevant, though. As I said earlier, everything revolves around power. That is quite unfortunate. What can we do with power but destroy ourselves? One day, if not already, we will be consumed by power. We will fall into war... and we will destroy ourselves. We will kill each other, just for power!" Death's voice dropped to a whisper, and suddenly rose as Death became more agitated. "This would be our fate if only power existed; a large scale civil war. We act as if nothing else exists in this world. And do not tell me you disagree! Peasant's are thought of as weak because they have little or no money and are always stepped on as if they are nothing! Yet the Emperor is the most powerful man on the planet! Your individual lives revolve around power! But this is balanced with two other major components; wisdom and courage. Wisdom is the most important. With wisdom, we can see the paths' we take and analyze whether they are right or flawed. With wisdom comes proper handling of power. That is why I am so powerful. For I am wise. I know much about everything... more then you. That makes me more powerful. Mental strength is the most important. We are always trying to finvent new tools of destruction to use to defend ourselves against others... and kill. No one cares to create something that will take humanity a step farther. Gandohar, you are not wise. You are a poor visionary, just like your father and your fate shall be like his. I know how you will lead this planet to destruction... ah, yes, I see it now! Little knowledge and over confident..." Death shook his head.
Gandohar stepped forward and snarled at Death. "You cannot say how good of a leader I will be until I am leader and until you see my decisions! My father was not weak! You are just an evil, corrupt man!"
Death sighed. "Another sign that you lack wisdom. "Good" and "evil" are merely concepts the human mind creates to categorize actions that were done by people or things against belief's that they grew up to believe. "Murder" to one man may seem like a terrible thing, for they grew up to believe killing of others is wrong. Yet you hang people who have committed that crime for you grew up to believe killing is wrong. Yet you kill a man because he killed! It makes no sense. It would be a good thing if I killed you now for you shall send this World into despair. Killing you now will eliminate the possibility of that future." He stood amused as Gandohar snarled again. "Tell me, dear Nephew-" he saw Gandohar wince at the word, "-what do you make of this?"
"I... uh..." he was right. They did hang for killing, yet they knew killing was wrong no matter what. Gandohar understood what he meant... he always wished he had a stronger blade, rather then wishing for more knowledge so he could move his people forward.
Be careful, Gandohar, Crimson said. He gets in your head. He is very... persuasive.

The girl made a force field of ice around her breaking Deaths grasp, and gracefuly landed on the ground."Wow! kill your own daughter and um...HOW ARE YOU WISE!? Did you notice that I ran away and replaced myself with Mikuru? And yea Wisdom and Courage, but there needs to be more am I right and how can you have total power?-" The girl asked in annoyence. "-Shoulden't there be a just plain old power, and Courage and wisdom where's the strenth? how is being couragiouse strong? sorry im just trying to catch on here...., and i get where your comeing from with the 'good' evil' thing but where's the 'reason' for it? like the one man killed the other because? Oh Gandohar will be a great leader just ignore his whole speach ok!" She said in a confused, intelegent, strong voice stareing at Gandohar she whispered "just ignore him ok? You are wise and powerful, and i belive you will be the greatest leader known to this world..." She said with a smile skrunging her nose and closeing her eyes. "So whats this total power thingy?" She said while stareing at Death and proparing herself...because she knew that she would be hit at somepoint.

((I'm just saying that, um... Death was strangling her. She, um... thought I made it clear that she was killed or passed out. And Death is not that weak that making a little ice field would stop him.))
Death laughed. It was cold and humorless and it sent a shiver down Gandohar's spine. "Child, have you not paid any attention? Strength ties in with power! The three main elements are power, wisdom, and courage! Everything else are mixtures of two of the elements or come from the idea of said element. When did I mention total power? There may be others who are more powerful - in fact, I believe there are! As I said if you were paying attention you would know that I am mentally powerful. I need not a strong body for what I know will destroy anything - and give me whatever I desire." He looked at his wrist, at the many unnatural veins and arteries supplying his body with Magik's and the different markings and scars. Death pulled down his hood, revealing his surprisingly clean, black hair. "You weak mortals were taught that killing is always wrong. But what if one kills for the good of mankind? Of course, you do not care for humanity at all, for all you greed for is power. Had you a care for stepping into the future, you would care more about the lack of knowledge you all possess-" Death stopped suddenly when Crimson let out a ear-splitting roar.
Liar! LIAR! His voice rang in Death's and Gandohar's minds. You kill Furiv in cold blood! He was trying to step forward - into the future! That's why you killed him! He was doing great! He studied all the time. He knew more than you! He was more powerful than you! You just don't want to accept.
"Wrong, Crimson. Do you not remember - when he first took over Father's throne - his first move? His first law will stay with me all my life, for it truly was terrible. At least for peasant's! He made them all pay a tax if they did not own a home!"
Furiv took over Gandohar. "I had a reason for that, Brother." He started. "I had hoped this would encourage them to find a home with another-"
Death laughed again. "You think people are that merciful, that they would share their home with a Peasant!?
"Too many were causing trouble and stealing rather then working. If they could actually pay the fee, then we would know they were stealing. We were able to find many thieving peasants and give many others homes."
Death glared at Furiv. "Your tongue is twisted and your belief's are false. This did not help them! You killed all the peasants you found! That was why there are less peasant's then than there ever were!"

"Or, I should say, death from starvation and disease killed them, and any sick Peasant's found were killed." Death spat.
Gandohar regained control of his body, which was fairly simple since his father's spirit was bent over in shame at the truth of his actions. His black and red streaked gold hair returned and his eyes changed back to their gold. He was still not used to that. Where did he go when his body was taken over? And surely this could be a great weakness as well as a strength of his? He would ask his father or Crimson later. For now he had one last question for Death. "The way you speak, it sounds like you pity the Peasant's. Let me finish speaking!" he quickly said when he saw Death's jaw move. Death stared, amused. "You killed my father. Why is it that you didn't take over, since truly you were the next heir? Why did they wait 13yrs for his lost son?"
"Peasant's, believe it or not, are people, just like you and me. None of them deserve the cruel punishment your father gave them. They deserve to live just as a... normal person does." Death yawned, obviously bored of Gandohar's pathetic questions. He sure did lack knowledge. "I was said to have been killed when I disappeared to visit the dark lord's temple. None know that I am that same Mo- man that is, I am shamed to say, Furiv's brother. But when I kill you-"
"Why do you want me dead? I realize what you said earlier, but I can tell they are merely lies. I want to know the true reason- no. I demand to know the real reason!"
"Ah, clever child. Perhaps the first intelligent remark today! There is a crest that only a direct blood relatives of the Emperor can hold. When you are dead and when the people see me holding the crest, they will know me as Emperor." He grinned.
Gandohar was dumbstruck. His plan... so simple. Why couldn't he figure it out? "Enough talk. You say you wish to kill me, but you will not do so by talking."
"Then I shall be the first." His grin widened into one that looked like that of a mischievous child.
Ignoring his remark, Gandohar held his blade and charged.
Gandohar, no-! Crimson warned him to late. He let out a mighty roar.
Death sheathed his sword as he watched Gandohar charge towards him. Gandohar's eyes widened in surprise, but he kept going. Foolish boy. He held out his hand and pointed his index finger at Gandohar. "Slow." The whole world slowed down around him. He recalled how difficult it was to learn this technique. Many hours of practice and pain. He shoved the thought aside and continued staring at the ever slower moving Gandohar. "Emperor Gandohar; weak in body; weak in mind. His eyes are clouded; his belief's corrupt. We need him no more. Welcome him in your cold grip, O' Mighty Lord." This was an ancient curse taught to him by the Lord himself. Only he knows it and will work only for him for he was granted that power. He put down his hand when he realized the curse was working. It was a terrible way to die. He will soon be greeted the Lord Kothei, the Mages word for Death. That's where the word originated. Death looked forward to seeing him himself. He would surely get a reward for this one.
Gandohar didn't know what happened. Death sheathed his sword, pointed his finger at him, muttered something and now Gandohar could feel his whole body well in pain. He couldn't even let out a scream. It was too painful. His chest was worst, constricting his breathing. He heaved and took in a little amount of air. He breathed out blood. His vision became blurry and darkened to a point where he was still conscious - barely - but could not see. In his mind's eye he saw his father, slowly drifting away from him. "Gandohar... you will be safe!" he heard him say. The pain slowly eased away. He began breathing normally again. He put his hands on his chest. His eyes were closed. He jerked up at Death's yell.
"WHAT HIS GOING ON?!" he roared.
Gandohar has the protection of the gods, Crimson said in Death's mind.

Aisu and the other Aisu(Mikuru who was pretending to be Aisu for many years)) both Gasped in fright. They both run over to him. Mikuru stays and trys to help him by shaking him- the first thing that comes to her mind. While Aisu and Leon both draw there swords and face death I wonder if Leon is scared of Death still? Hmph...why should he he's a stupid old man strong yes but stupid and over confident...Im not scared of Death or dieing...I never bin scared of Death I lived in Hell as a kid! ((sorry!!!))Aisu thought as carefree as always. Aisu got distracted by a bug on a rock, but quickly snapped back to the real world hmmm....Maybe if I just start talking and don't shut-up for awhile he'll LEAVE!Aisu thought again. "ummm......HI! how's your pathetic life goin Father...rrr....rrrr...? I missed you! ok maybe not that much, but there was something....I think...sort of...sure..." Aisu stalled. In Aisu's heart of heart she kinda did miss the blood curling screams at night and the beating it made her stronger, but most of all she wished that Death would be good and not evil...well "misunderstood" and love her the way she was and not if she was a boy.

I will deal with her later... Death concluded in his mind, too distracted with what happened. How was that possible? How did he do it? He looked at the ground, hoping to hide his wide eyes. Ah, what an oblivious fool I have been! Death scolded himself. Of course... he is Emperor. He has powerful protection against the Dark Lord. He will be a tricky one to kill. But not impossible. If I destroy his heart, there is no way he can survive that kind of blow. He looked up, only to see something that shocked him more then before. Red lines began appearing on his eyes.
Gandohar slowly stood and saw Death's bent head. The World - time itself - seemed to stop. What had just happened? He felt Crimson's breath on his back.
So it is true, Crimson said. I never saw the gods actually lending their power to a mortal. But the legends were right. "When Death rises above Life, the gods light will shed the path." he informed Gandohar.
He didn't know what Crimson was talking about. Well, he understood, but he didn't know why he was telling him. He looked down at his hands and noticed the glowing gold light.
Gandohar was surrounded by a golden shield. A barrier. From the gods? Perhaps. Death drew his sword and slashed it at Gandohar before he even knew what was going on. The sword bounced off him. With repent, he noticed Gandohar's smirk. Behind him, Shadow gave a treacherous roar. He glared at Gandohar and Crimson, who defiantly glared back. Master, get on! he put the tip of his wing on the ground so Death could climb on. Even Death wasn't so much a fool that he would battle, even when he knew he could not win. He would figure out a strategy and come back. "Next time, child, I will be more powerful!" He yelled as Shadow flew off the ground.
Gandohar raced forward, but was stopped by Crimson's might tail.
No, he said. Do not worry about him. We will get stronger too. Next time, we will be ready.
Gandohar nodded, but was looking at the escaping Death and Shadow.
Unkar listened intently to the exchanging of words. He absorbed all Death gave away. Now he would have to find a way to use it against him. He had until there next encounter to figure something out. He stood, rubbing his chin. The book! He suddenly remembered that Death had the book! He quickly reached for his Magick in hopes you could find Death's - or the books - and transport it to him. He felt a depressing wave of Magick sweep through him. Death's. But the book was gone! Completely gone, as if it vanished to oblivion!

"Leave him." Gandohar told her sternly. "Forget him. I was not ready to face him. I will need this extra time." He watched as the black dot in the sky that was Shadow became smaller and smaller until it was gone. He clenched his fists and stared at the spot where he last saw them. Crimson stood behind him. Gandohar fell into thought. After several minutes, he composed himself and asked Crimson, "Long ago, when I first met Unkar, was that you who destroyed his home?"
Aye, he confirmed. I was angered. Those villagers... they attacked me. Tried to kill me. I thought - since he lived in a much grander home -"
"Crimson, you cannot lie to me. Tell me the truth." He began. Unkar... you know how used to work for Death. I... he assisted in the death of Furiv. I wanted revenge. He put a spell on it, though. I must have been able to see the home because I was in need. I was looking for you. I was clouded by rage and didn't realize the boy I was looking for for years was right in front of me. He hung his head in shame.
Gandohar put a firm hand on his large snout. He kept looking forward, his eyes intent on the space.

When she was done she stept near Gandohar. "Lord Gandohar.-" Aisu bowed. "I am Aisu Maragara, I have bin in hideing for a few years the 'old' Aisu is actualy Mikuru she has no last name." Aisu finished.
"I...I'm sorry...I didn't mean to lie..but I..I had to, please don't be mad..." Aisu said in a quiet soft sad voice.

Gandohar continued to stare at the sky. A small smile appeared on his slightly scarred face. He closed his eyes and bent his head. He finally turned to the Aisu's and opened his eyes. "I know." he said. "You cannot hide such secrets from me." He stared at them and turned back to the dusk sky.
"Aye, of course you knew." Unkar appeared suddenly. "As Emperor, you would know this kind of information. That is why liars are so easily found when convicted by the Emperor himself. Now all we need is for you to claim your throne."
"Aye, that I do. Unkar, you will be my sword hand and Aisu... will be my left, protecting hand." he grinned at the silly words. Though they were true. He needed them to help him with this. He could not do it himself.
Are you... forgetting about me? Crimson asked reluctantly.
"Nay, Crimson. You are my Guardian Beast. That is a great enough honor for you and your family.
Crimson bent his head. Thank you... lord.
"I want everyone to sleep. We will set out for..."
"Sulkire? The capital?
"If that is where my throne awaits me, then yes. We will head to Sulkire tomorrow.
