Be an example to your men,
in your duty and in private life. Never spare yourself,
and let the troops see that you don't in your endurance
of fatigue and privation.

Sierra, are you the one that called it a revolver?
xd

Always be tactful and well-mannered and teach your
subordinates to do the same. Avoid excessive
sharpness or harshness of voice, which usually
indicates the man who has shortcomings of his own to hide.

The bolt on the PSL and Dragunovs rotate... are they revolvers? 3nodding

The ammunition in the Calico guns' magazines rotate. Are they revolvers? What about that WWII gun that has a drum magazine mounted flat on the top? Is it a revolver? Or is any drum magazine-equipped firearm a revolver? Can an AK with a drum magazine be called a revolver?

No to all. A revovler consists of a drum with "slots" (the term escapes me at the moment) for each cartridge that rotate to align with the barrel.

I doubt this is an actual question from you, but throwing my two cents in anyways lol

I was under the impression that a drum magazine was a cylinder drum with slots for the ammunition to fit as well. As ammo was expended the round is taken from the drum and goes into the chamber.

I forget where the picture is, but Armas had a picture of a chain gun and it said "if it revolvs it's a revolver". I believe it needs posting now. xd

but the gun isnt a revolver, a revolver relies on solely kinetic force from the individual

a semi-auto shotgun uses gas and power from the expelling shell to rechamber a round

and the drum BTW is wound up and uses a spring
