Aisling turned her gaze.
Dougal came and leaned againtst the alleyway wall. He shook his head as he spoke.

"Saito, Saito.....
Tsk Tsk Tsk........

Beelio will be strongly displeased
when he hears of this."

Dougal rested his head against the wall now-but remained watchful of their movements. Ready to dodge an attack should either demon decide to strike.

"Or perhaps the lord already has
-was that painful cry of yours his warning?" Dougal mocked.

Still connected with Adam-Aisling whispered, "....brother...."

Lilith had seem Adam run by out of the corner of her eye, bleeding profusely and lacking his wings.She had also noticed she didn't see a lifespan on him. She knew he was strong but he must be immensely powerful and important to be immortal. She wondered his powers and just how important he may be when she was interrupted by a loud scream.
"Should we go check that out?" Lilith called to Natasha who was fighting nearby.

Nightmare comes lying back by a punch from a demon and lands by Lilith
"they dont give up"

Lilith jumped a bit when Nightmare suddenly landed by her,
"No, they don't." She sighed and sent a couple of her corpses on the demon what punched Nightmare.

Natahasa had been preoccupied with teh demons, but the soliders seemed ot have a significently greater chance of killing this thing than they did. She was used to one-one-one fights where quick-wits and holy power won the battles, not some armageddon.

"Yeah, let's get going. I think they can handle it. Now where the hell did Adam go?" when he found time to think shewas worried about him. she knew it was foolish to think that way - after all the demon probably had little or no real attchment to her, and would do as he pleased - but she wanted to check he was ok and that he had followed them. Plus - to be fran- she flet a little safer nowadays when he was near.

Adam grew nervous and began to feel a throbbing headache at his temples. That was not good: he immediately recognised what it meant: he had shirked his duties as Death for too long and was needed. soon he'd be forced to leave them and do his job, and he had no idea how long that would take or, indeed, if he would have to return to Hell.
Damn,damn. Aisling, how did you avoid the demons before? theyve chased you before, right?

He gripped his scythe and looked up at Dougal.
"Are you so afraid of Beelio that you woudl sacrifice your own sister?"

"Captain Renten do you have the peice of the map?" Asked Nikoli.
"Yes I do here it is." Renten said as he handed over a metal container.

Dougal's eyes widen and his body quivered.

"Sister.......," he whispered.

He looked to Aisling then looked away. Then his eyes narrowed and body became rigid.

He laughed-though there seemed to be a bit of nervousness behind it.

"Sister?

Old man,
What stories are you spinning?

No sisters of blood that binds
Has this halfling ever been given."

Dougal laughed nervously again. Aisling appeared even more confused-she reached out to Dougal as if to say "Brother?"

"And......*he paused-his nerves seemed to be getting to him*

And even......even if I had a sister
A ghostling such as she
Who wouldn't give her away for fear of Beelio's carnage?

Beelio get what he wants
And get her he will this day."

Dougal's heart ached at his own words. In his eyes there was nothing he could do now to save Aisling. He had tried avoiding tracking her, and throwing off other trackers, for hundreds of years. Now......now he would leave it up to Adam to take care off her even if its from himself.

Dougal took off his shaded glasses and glared at them.

"So, what now archdemon?
What will you do?

Send her to heaven
Even should she refuse?

Aisling can be a stubborn creature
I could share stories from her mortal life past......"

Dougal squeezed his eyes shut and cursed himself at making his own confession.

Saito pulled him self from off the ground and said to Dugal
"its not impossible"

Dougal turned to Saito

"Impossible
-To pass her over you mean?

No, I have no doubt of this.
But given this archdemon's current state
Is that a risk he's willing to take?

*looks to Adam*

You're weak old man
And Aisling contains great power

(Thus why Beelio desires her so)

Should my sis.....
Should this ghostling resist to cross the threshold
You'll suffer more then she.
For much of your power shall be greatly drained
And sooner back to Hell for thee."

Aisling tensioned rised. She didn't want to pass over-not at least until she remember her past, but she didn't want Adam to hurt himself because of her desire. She sorted through her options.....

1. Be forced into passing over....2. Pass over willingly.....3. Remain-but risk being captured......

Aisling looked up into Adam's blazing eyes and sent her message, "....what...to do?....."

Then Dougal added, looking onwards at the other battle.....

"And what of your friends.....what will happen to them?"

"Touch her and your died "
he looked at Adam and Aisling
"and tell beelio to come get her him self"

"And if he does, Saito.....what then?" Dougal snapped back at Saito.

"A halfling,
An archdemon with only half his strength (if that)
And flightless-thanks to you,
And a ghost who hundles there
Shaking like a leaf.......will stop Beelio?
Please. You must be joking.....

Why don't you run along little wolf.
Go home to your pack and play.
For if may be your only chance-before Beelio stabs you in the back."

The anger had risen in Dougal's voice. His eyes flared in crimson hues.

Then he heard a voice-low and sorrowful in his mind...

".....brother?.....please....stop....."

Dougal glanced at Aisling, but his expression did not change.

Saito laughed
"you....a** you want your own sister to die"
looks at adam
saito howled like a wolf and suddnly a thousnd demon wolf came from the grond and 9 thousand assains
"we are not alone ATTACK"
he yelled while leading a charge strait to Dougal

((Well, that seems a little unfair, but I shall figure out a way to counter attack this....)) neutral

Dougal's expression turned to shock at this of of events.

Aisling watched as the mass charged her brother....a scene very similiar to one from her past....a memory.....

.....playing outside......Dougal was there....smiling......then......movement.....shadows in the woods.....Dougal grabbing her hand.....running.....pursued......many hateful eyes.....Dougal fought.....so much blood....Dougal's blood.......

Aisling coiled up into a ball, clentching her hands to her head in pain. Dougal looked at Aisling-realizing what was about to occur ran and took cover.

Aisling's ghostly body glowed then errupted with light which destroyed many which Saito had summoned.

he held up a hand and tried to conentrate focusing his power a invisible wave went out to affect the demon's heart - exerting slow pressure upon them so that their heartbeats were starined to a slow choking beat, sure to stop them in their tracks

"It is clear that Dougal is nought but a coward. he poses little dnager to his sister."
