The Experiment [open/accepting]

Vondel nodded and scooped up his jacket, and in the same motion, hit a seal on his suit. The suit covered most of his body, also making a mask over his head and face. This would keep him warm for the most part, but would only last as long as the power mod kept running. Both blades were sheathed as he flipped his guns out and cheaked their ammo quickly as he dashed out the door. Good, they were still tranqs. That would bring them down if need be. Vondel flipped on his thermal vision but even then could barely see anything the snow was so thick. "Damnit! Why did she dash out in this weather? Only a lycan could survive this for long!" Vondel caught a glimps of Rikaru nearly 20ft away, but even that was obscured almost instently by the snow.

Anna tackeld Rikaru into th snow. "stop it!" she command her. butnew she wouldnt listen or be able to hold her for long. her hair was pretty much white from the snow and she could already feel the cold seeping into her

Vondel grabbed them both and threw his jaket over them. That would shield them from the worst of the snow but the cold would still seep in. He quickly bound Rikaru and busted through the nearest building, tossing them both in. He latched the door and cheaked if the building was shut tight before he started a fire. The whole time Vondel was silent and vizor was a deep scarlet. His breathing sounded errie as he finished building the fire. He looked at them once before he went and sat down without a word, staring out into the storm.

A rippling snarl escaped her lips as she was tackled down and she fought for a bit before being picked up and taken to a building, she stopped fighting instently and was happy when she was put down. She didnt bother looking at either of them as she felt something in her shift. She needed out of here, she couldnt be held up right now, someone would die. She needed to run. Go outside and just run. Sitting down she leaned against the wall and wrapped up in his jacket. She hadnt felt the cold till now, but it hit her hard. A small wimper escaped her now as her power dwindled and her eyes and aura went back to normal. Instently she was out cold lying on the floor.

Vondel was over to her in a second, wraping her up more sacurly and putting her closer to the fire. That would keep her warm for now. Vondel pressed the seal again and his suit went back to normal. He waited by her side for a few more moments before he looked out the glass again.

well that ended better than expecyed" anna piped up. "sept shes guna be out of it now ofr a god bit" she shook out her and ice crystals fell to the floor. "man is it frakin cold here, wat i would give to be back in the tropics layin on beaches." she sighed

Vondel smiled slowly and nodded. "You and me both. I could use a long vacation in someplace warm. Like Tahiti. I love that place." Vondel almost felt warm with the thought. If he made it out here alive he was deffinetly going there.

"tahiti? no way more like mexico or jamaica or the carribian. mhm do i love the caribian, dosnt tahiti have canabiles? " she hasked joking
Anna pulled her coat closer around herself. "so . . wat now chief?"

Hikaru had heard somebody running behind her but only ran faster, the cold barely penetrating her fur coat as she ran, she knew that in weather like this the human's wouldn't last long at all, and sure enough in no time the sound of her being followed had stopped. She let out a small sigh of relief but knew she wasn't in the clear yet. She had stopped her running when the cold had hit her wound, almost making her drop to the floor from the shock and pain. She shook her head and got up once more, heading toward where she remembered the entrance to the tunnels were. After awhile of traveling through the blistering storm she had finally found the rock that marked the entrance, though it was completly covered in snow, it had only looked like a giant mound. She looked around before pushing the rock carefully out of the way, then bringing it back into place. She let out another long sigh as she flopped on the ground in the tunnels. She was safe from the hunters at last. She shuttered and iceicles fell from her coat as she started down the tunnels toward the house, left here, right there, she remembered the route well, and even found the place where vondel had set off the bomb. She smiled a bit at the sight before she finally made it to the house, she didn't bother knocking as she shifted to her human form to open the door, she staggered in, snow and ice still covering her, her wound had re-opened in the storm and she could smell the fresh blood dripping down her "i'm back, did anybody miss me?" she called out into the house, hoping for a response.

Vondel's smiled faded away slowly at the thought. "We wait for the storm to pass. At this strength it might not let up for a day or two. After that.... it depends on the lycans." Vondel didn't want to think about it. Hikaru could either make or break them. It all depended on her right now. He just hoped he didnt destroy the friendship they had.

"well this sucks" Anna said slumoing herslef onto the floor sitting cross leggeged Ninjato sheathed and resting against her shoulder. "so we wait tell when ever the storm decides its tine for us to go,...." she sighed and slumbed backwords on to the floor "arnt we lucky" she smirked. "got any cards?"

Rikaru whined softly in her sleep and startled awake only for a second before passing out again. Her dream was more of a nightmare and hurting her more that any thing real could. Her family had beaten her when she was younger and now she was back to that, tears left her eyes as the memories flooded into her including the time her father had taken a bat to her. Just before she was hit she let out a scream outside the dream world and thrashed lightly curling into a ball and weeping. Only Ann knew what her family had done and only she could probably connect with her.

Anna went to her body and gently stroked her hair. "ur fine, ur fine" she attempted to console her. "ur no were near those freaks, not even close." she continued to comfort her.

Vondel loosened the glare he aimed around the room and put his pistols away. He had turned them around the room, cheaking for anything that made her scream. Once there was nothing he returned them. He had no place with the dreams of Rikaru and it seemed that only Anna could help her. He would not intrude but stayed close at hand, never letting his guard down and close enough to lay a conforting hand on Rikaru. "Anna. Those freaks..... are they dead? If not we can solve that. Once we get out. Ill try to find cards.... later." Even the last part was tight with suppressed anger. Who ever or What ever made Rikaru this way was going to die.

Slowly she opened her eyes and looked up at Ann then to Vondel. "What happened...?" She asked in a soft whisper shivering as her nightmare started to come back. "Oh god no, not again!" She grabbed Anns shirt and hid herself from there eyes. "No no more. I cant take this anymore"
