((Nope...never thought of any purple haired angel children from a certain coupling that secretly works out in my mind....nope...not at all...))

Tat giggled silently as she realized she had annoyed Tyran. Actually-she shouldn't find it funny but when it came to him she couldn't help but smile.

Luka purred for more food, and Tat kindly obeyed.

"If you feed him much more you're going to get us trhown out." he said trhough hsi next mouthful, apprently unawares of general table manners. Nevertheless he offered a bit fo his own food to the cat.

"He'll whine louder if I don't....so then we would get kicked out either way," Tat replied. She pretended not to notice Tyran sneak Luka some food. She just smiled towards the others and tried not to giggle.

He's a softie.... she thought.

Tyran shrugged and finsihed off hs food, tossing his napkin onto the plate.
"Whatever." he leant back, satisfied now he had a ful stomach. the food here wasn't all that bad, either

Tat glanced at her glass of water. She was thristy now, but Tyran's way with words still made her leary...... She picked up the glass and examined it. It looked cleaner than the water at home.....and didn't have a strange smell...... She sipped it slowly and sat the glass back down.

Tyran glanced bac at her and sighed.
"Have you finsihed freaking out yet?" he asked, his voice not as harsh as it wodul usually be, and lowered so that it wasn't particularuily obvious he was criticising her.
"The stuff here is a damn sight cleaner than whatever you had in your time. Things are strealised to kill the bacteria, even in this time. What you're dirnkig is probably the cleanest stuff you'll ever drink. So far as I know, in yoru time people used to essential dirnk their own crap, then wonder why the hell they end up with dyssentry."

Tat narrowed her eyes at his insult...granted it was a bit true. She placed her elbow on the table and rested her chin on the palm of her hand. "You're such a romantic the way you talk at the dinner table," she mocked with a playful smile.

She glanced at her glass again. She debated "accidently" spilling it on Tyran, but then decided against it.....he would surely kill then.

Tyran smirked.
"Well, the truth is the truth."

Tat raised an eyebrow and thought Tyran must be catching onto her game of purposely trying to annoy him. Unable to think of a comeback at the moment she went back to sipping her water. When she sat her glass back down....opps! The glass fell over spilling the remaining water over Tyran and herself.

Her eyes widened and expression froze.

"Argh!" Tyran jumped up in a vain attempt to avoid the water, only to end up with it all over his lap. He glared at Tat.
"Great work there - very smooth." He snapped and attempted ot dry hismlef with a napkin, again failing miserable.
"Just what i always wanted - now it looks like I pissed myself. Thanks a lot."

Tat frowned and tried to put on an innocent face. It had truly been an accident. She then too started to try and dry her clothes off. "You can always change in the bathroom here...if they have one," Tat said trying to sound sincere as she glanced at the shopping bags.

"Yeah." tyran sighed. He knew that it was probably not on purpose, and that he shouldn't overreact as it was only water and not soemthing sticky like beer or juice, but he was still irritated. he picke dup hsi shopping bag and hid his taila again.
"You're not wet, are you?" he asked, the sentiment supposed to go some way towards an apology form him, but the way it was said was alltogether too gruff to be easily recognised as one.


[tee hee tyran's always so emotionally tied in complicated knots he's great fun to rp. Poor Tat XD]

Tat stood up to examine her clothes. "Some....not as bad as you though," she replied. Water had splatter on the side of her shirt and along her leg. The wet red and purple colored cloth clung tight to her form than before.

"Maybe you should get changed too. You might as well get out of that damn jester costume before someone has you put in a nut house."
He headed towards the toilets to get changed, himself. Ocne in, he zipped into the cubicle and struggled to get changed in the small space.

Tat followed and went to the ladies room. She slowly undressed and gave a sigh of relief. The jester costume was a bit heavy with gold thread used in the designs. Luka watched on, and Tat scolded him to shut his eyes. She the wrappings around her breasts that kept them flatten to make sure they were secure.

However when she turned-one layer on wrappings snagged on the coat hanger in the bathroom stall. Tat frowned, "Damn it...." But there was nothing she could do now.

She quickly finished changing-her top slightly unbutton at the top because now her chest area was a bit bigger than when she tried the shirt on at the store. So her cleavage was revealed a bit more..... Tat stuffed her jester clothes and items on the brown carrying bag she got and set out of the bathroom shyly with Luka back in the shopping bag. She hurried back to their table and sat down.

((*sigh* now I'll have to go to another class shortly....))
