Sounds like even more of a time waster than Towns.

All I know is that one way to become well known in the CB is to troll Rally, or join parties in Rally.

And that the usual Rally-goers usually have Lusty grease-skin and Cloud slippers equipped.

In fact, when I was selling my Cloud, I got an offer from someone who looked like a typical Rally-goer in a Lusty lol He offered 500k, 170k less than what I was selling it for.
