The entire temple was still. Barely any light shone inside, except for a few small candles that were left burning. It was dark and desolate, no one in sight as they were all asleep. Shadows moved along walls and almost seemed to take on a personality of their own. It was pretty creepy non the less.

Nadrick searched the library for food but didn't find anything. It was too late at night to go outside to pick grapes to eat. "I guess I'll just have to wait till tomorrow." Nadrick went up to the balcony before he went to his room. He wanted to be outside for a little bit. He wanted to think.

More shadows creeped along the walls as the moon moved across the sky and shone through the windows. The small candles that were still burning were blown out and smoke rose from them then quickly dissapated.

Nadrick sat on the edge of the balcony, wondering what he should do. Ignoring White was to hard on him and her as a baby. But if he didn't ignore her Red's hate for him would grow stronger. Nadrick didn't know what to do. It was so up in the air. Nadrick hoped that Red would come around when he's older. Nadrick decided it was time to go back to bed so he went downstairs to his room and went to bed.

Grapes woke suddenly while in her room. Opening her eyes, she stared at the ceiling. Her ears twitched to the sound of a baby crying. Slideing out from underneath her sheets, she fixed her hair and walked out of her room. Moveing across the hall, she opened the door and peaked inside.
White was sitting up in her crib. Tiny tears running down her cheeks as she cried softly. Her paws in fists as she clung to her blanket.
She walked over to her and scooped her out of the crib. Walking over to a rocking chair, she promptly sat down and started to rock back and forth in it. Humming a soft tune, she held White against her chest and rubbed her back. "Shhh it's ok my baby." It was probably just a night mare, but she couldn't be too sure on that since White didn't talk too well and couldn't tell her.
Burying her face in Grapes' chest, she started to settle down a bit. Still sniffling and crying. She grabbed some of her chest fur and clung to her mother as must as she could.

Nadrick woke up to a sound that he never wanted to hear again in his life, White crying. Grapes would have it under control so he just decided to go back to sleep until everyone was awake so he could let them taste his wine.

She continued to hum and rock back and forth in the chair. "Shhh, it's ok White. Mommy's hear, it's all over you can stop crying now." Kissing the top of White's head she smiled and rubbed her back more.
Sniffling, she continued to cling to her mother. She wasn't crying as much, just soft whimpers every now and again. Her tail curled around Grapes' wrist as she started to shake a bit. "Mommy, scareds."
Grapes smiled and nodded her head. Her baby was learning to speak so it seemed. "It's ok. There's no reason to be scared anymore my baby."

Nadrick continued to here whimpering and woke up, he thought it might be nice to go comfort the baby. So Nadrick followed the sounds of the crying and finally got to the room where it seemed they were coming from. The door was locked so Nadrick knocked.

Grapes' ear twitched as she heard the knock on the door. Cuddling White to her chest she stood up from the chair. It still rocked slightly. Slowly going to the door, she opened it a few inches and looked out. "Yes Nadrick?" She kept rubbing the babies back trying to comfort her more.

"I heard crying is everything alright?" Grapes looked almost unhappy to see Nadrick. He wondered if she didn't want him around her babies at night.

She sighed and closed her eyes for a moment. "Everything is fine. White just had a bad dream. She seems to be calming now. I'm glad it didn't wake Red though, I don't need two crying babies." Continueing her rubbing of White she smiled. "You shouldn't be up this early. I'm sure you'll be doing some wine makeing later. So you should get some sleep."

"Good Idea, Sweet Dreams White." He smiled and tickled her on her cheek with his tail trying to cheer her up. He flicked his tail and headed back to his room to get some more sleep.

Smileing, she closed the door and walked back over to White's crib. Putting her down, she covered her with her soft blanket then kissed her forehead. "Goodnight White Wine. Have happy dreams." She moved back to the door and walked through it. Closeing it quietly. She walked back across the hall to her own room to sleep.

Nadrick setteled into his bed and thought before he went to bed. Just seeing her made him happy. I wonder what her nitemare was about? I'll have to ask her tommorrow. Nadrick flattened his wings and fell asleep.

Small streams of sunlight started to shine through the temples windows, lighting up the purple marble that it was made out of. Slowly, birds outside started to sing. More sunlight crept through the windows lighting it up more and more.
