No, but I've had a few run into my face.
My friend said that one flew into his mouth once when he was talking on the phone with me before, though. It's weird because he was inside his house...

Yes, I think most people have tried to lick their elbows, especially if someone told them they couldn't. (I know 2 people who can though)
