....with the blood of their foes as they rain death energy from the skies in preperation for when the reminants of resistance are crushed under the boots of infinite legions of stormtroopers.

To take a cue from the Irkan empire and send their dumbest officers into the Unkown Regions to "prepare for the Fleet's arrival of Conquest" while clearly not planning on sending any aid whatsoever. In addition, aforementioned officers will be equipped with obviously malfunctioning helper droids and told they're state of the art.
