Heloo.. I've been gone for a while, I wasn't in a Gaia mood... xp
I've actually had lectures for the past few days, for the first time since January. I love being a student, and I hate working, so next year I will be enjoying the student life full time. 3nodding
Nixtey: Thank you! I'm in Norway too, so that isn't so bad, but they're sending him to the wrong part of it. Norway is a small, but very long country, it takes as long to drive to the northern parts as it does to drive to Rome. confused But I'm glad to hear your artist block disappeared!
DeathSpice: I'm a bit busy right now, but I'll try to keep you in mind if I get the time.. smile
Sui: I'm going to visit my grandparents in a different town today, it's my grandfather's birthday (Still haven't gotten him a present surprised ). And then I'm going back here in the evening, and that gy is visiting.. I mostly only get to see him in weekends as well..
Hello Chicken! smile

Jewel: 2 hours is pretty impressive, I should probably be doing something like that too... xp But I have just been busy with snuggling up to the guy I told you about (who suddenly became my boyfriend by the way.. heart ). I am very happy to hear that Cooters, I wasn't sure if you'd like that style.. whee Yeah, that's the good thing about studying, I get loong holidays and I can take semesters abroad and stuff.. So far I've planned two months in Latin America this summer, but hopefully I'll get to see a lot more over the next few yers. I love fish, please show me when you upload pictures, Sui! biggrin I finally finished the painting for the winner of my auction.. I've sent it to her, but no reply yet. I'm not super happy about how it turned out, but I don't think it will get any better unless I start over and do the whole thing differently, which I really don't feel like doing.. gonk Now I'm just crossing my fingers that she and her friend will like it.. Here it is if you want to take a look.. Aaand the mandatory eye closeup.. xp I have the day off work because I have to drive my grandmother to chemotherapy, so hopefully I'll get to do some studying as well.. I have to write this gigantic project for uni over the next three weeks, but I can't seem to get started.. gonk

Nixtey: I want to see Cuba while it's still under a Castro, and I've learnt a lot about Latin America at university that I would like to see for myself. Besides, I want to learn Spanish, and I have some relatives in Venezuela that I hardly ever see. It would be cool to see Machu Picchu before they start with tourist quotas, and I don't think I've ever been in a proper rainforest. Plus about fifty other reasons, but maybe most of all I really want to travel again, it's a lifestyle i really love. smile I had these huge plans about starting running, but I kind of lost interest the next day, and now it's been several weeks.. You never know though, I might pick it up again tomorrow. wink Argh, since I wasn't too happy about the auction painting, I decided to practice drawing men. But now I like the end result of this experiment more than the auction prize, even if it's really sloppy and only took 2 hours.. I think I try too hard sometimes = fail. gonk Unless I get a very positive reply, I'll probably redo the whole thing..

So, I haven't been on for a few days. My monitor was busted, so I just played a whole bunch of new games I've gotten.
I'll describe them in my own thread, but for now, your pictures.
Shut up. Your so-so only work far surpasses most drawings I see on Deviantart. The eyes alone are some of the best I've ever seen, and each individual hair is finely crafted to perfection. The ears stick out long enough, while the armor makes the drawing feel slightly adventerous. Finally, the anatomy of the face is a hundred percent real.
The second drawing, with the girl, is just as detailed. Each hair is seperate, while the shadows that conflict with her face give off an odd radiance that works well with her angry expression. Well, I presume it's anger, anyway.
Oh, yeah, I live in America. Our economy sucks, so if your currency is worth more, this is the time to get over here! >_>
