Okay, so you're going to use some form of Electromagnetic Jammer to take down Ray Shielding. (Good thing there are two seperate types of shields, particle shields would be un affected by such a device, you'd need to use a shield inversion beam to take down the particle shielding).

Pitty it would also render your own shields useless. lol lol lol
