Ugh, I'm trying to find some music that my girlfriend won't have heard before. It's really hard, she's very knowledgeable about such things.
She likes everything from Bob Dylan to Mika to Of Montreal. She and I have pretty much the same taste in music, though, so it's really spectacular.
I'm trying to make a CD for her of stuff she hasn't heard before. I am including so far:::
1. Kids or Time to Pretend (not sure which yet) -> MGMT
2. Earthquakes and Sharks -> Brandston
3. All Comes Down to This -> Day Action Band
4. Sewn -> The Feeling
5. Again & Again -> The Bird and the Bees
6. Quiet on the Front -> Company of Thieves
7. We Play the Music -> Ed Solo & Skool of Thought
8. In Memoriam -> Everybody Else
9. Home -> Great Northern
10. Over and Over -> Hot Chip
Anyone have any other ideas? Haha, I know you probably wouldn't know what she knows or not, but yeah. Just for fun, suggest some obscureish stuff you like? They be hatin' us cuz I'm fabulous
