Knux returned a bit later than the others, Ty wrapped around him 'lovingly,' and took a look over their shoulders at the book. Huh, he didn't know about them, but he really didn't look forward to seeing any more legendaries. They were powerful and a real risk to doing serious harm to their own pokemon in battle. Though, from what Knux knew, trouble usually came in threes.

"Well ... first it would be best to figure out what got Cobalion so angry. I don't think he would've come to Driftveil unless something provoked him. Pokemon don't get that mad for no reason." Knux said, Ty looking at the pictures in the book too.

"You're onto something actually Lykas." Sub spoke up as he took out his SNAG and pressed on the touchscreen a few times. "From what Professor Juniper has told me Perich Enterprises has been blocking off routes claiming that the routes have become increasingly dangerous for Pokemon trainers as the wild Pokemon have become increasingly hostile, as we see. Though, from what Skyla has told Professor Juniper, she passed over one of the closed off routes in her cargo plane and observed a lot of strange activity by people dressed in bizarre army, sound familiar?" Sub said as he pocketed the device. "Obviously they are doing something that is angering Pokemon like Cobalion but then turning around and blocking off the routes which they apparently damaged the blaming the Pokemon themselves."

Odd spoke up when Sub was done "Sounds like we've got a lot more work ahead of us or the Unova region's gonna be in big trouble."

"Ya, that's definitely what it sounds like to me." Lykas agreed. "So then....we should keep our eyes peeled for Cipher and hopefully Team Plasma will stay out of our way." He nodded to himself, thinking this was a foolproof plan.

"You're right, we do need more info." Sub said to Knux. "From what we do know Perich is trying very hard to make its self known in Unova. They have marketed themselves as a leader in advancing technology in the region and even have promoted modernized and reworked gyms, as they now have an official gym of their own in Striaton City. And now they are blocking off routes and trying to make themselves look noble to the citizens of Unova, which I can't help but think they are slowly trying to gain a grip on the Unova." Sub said pondering things for a moment. "Also, don't you think it's weird that Cipher hasn't been acting out in the open, and on their own lately? It's all been Perich Enterprises acting heroic in the light and shifty in the shadows. Perich...Cipher...what if Perich is nothing more than a cover for Cipher to act out in the open rather than an affiliated group?"

"Indeed, things won't be easy at all. And I fear they already look pretty good to the whole of Unova, except for the gym leaders it seems. They appear to be onto them, the Pokemon League its self seems to have not caught on though." Sub said with a sigh. "Regardless, we need to act and soon. If things are allowed to continue as they are now they will just get worse. Cipher will soon gain control of a vast majority of Unova and the Pokemon of the region will continue to rebel, creating a great divide between the two. Which that just might be the goal of Perich, or rather Cipher."

"Hm?" Sub looked over at the piece of paper as Lykas began to write letters down on it, as he watched the trainer finish he let out a laugh and shook his head. "Well, I guess that confirms my hunch huh? Looks like Cipher and Perich are indeed one in the same. Cipher is just using Perich as a cover to hide in plain sight, so to say." He said folding his arms. "Well played Cipher."
