Temari dusted herself off. "You can't really blame him, you know," She whispered to Minaki. "He's been alone for too long... His sense of justice has been blurred. Years of assassins... Gaara just doesn't remember compassion." She smiled. "Well, except for recently of course. But he's still recovering from those years. It's been tough for him, and it's somewhat of a bad habit."

Sasuke was watching Tsunade heal Itachi. It was a special request, as he eagerly anticipated the fight, the location of which he told no one.
Itachi turned his head to Sasuke. "Thank you... Little brother... I will refrain from killing you..."
Sasuke grinned. "Oh, we wouldn't want that, would we?" He laughed. "Face it, big brother, you're going to lose."
