That hit him hard. The face of every person who died because of his actions returned to his mind instantly. He dropped to his knees, tears in his eyes. Then, after awhile, he spoke.

Zach was in front of the two. His eyes were different, though... a wild green. "Sister..." He looked straight at Kathleen. Then his eyes flickered over to Alysha and hardened. "Let us go, sister. Mother awaits us in the forests." He grabbed his sister's wrist and pulled her away.

She trailed hesitantly after him as they entered the forest. There was a woman waiting for them, her black hair streaked with green. Her warm, wild green eyes watched them.
