correct, it also has to be carried in away that you cant just pull it out and hit some one on the head with it. most places that sell swords, give you a case to carry it in.

The ruling about concealed weapons annoy me. It's not like criminals will actually LISTEN to laws regarding concealed weapons; if they plan to bloody rob someone they'll hide a butcher's knife inside their jacket... domokun

the americans are gun nuts, its in their constitusion that everyone can own guns, so that is one reason why anti gun laws dont work
