The Lagoon

Luranas golden eyes began glowing slightly. Her tail wagged slowly, she never took her eyes from his.  

[---Crumplet---]

Phantom smiled and wagged his tail.

Lurana moved closer to Phantom and softly brushed her muzzle against his shoulder  

[---Crumplet---]

Phantom smile widened as he put his layed his muzzle on her neck.

Dare watched the two from the shadows hiddened in the distance. He sat with a guilt covered face... he did kill today....

Dare sighed as he closed his eyes and let himself relaxe.

Lurana pulled back a little smiling. she softly pressed her nose against his, She felt an odd feeling in her heart, it wasn't feeling shattered anymore, it felt like her heart was flying  

[---Crumplet---]

Phanto's heart fluttered but then stopped. Phantom backed away, "I-I Sorry," Phantom said as he ran off.

"Run boy... run before your feelings are crushed...."

Dare watched Phantom run, and Dare was forced a smirk that he did not want across his face.

 

[---Crumplet---]

Phantom stopped and looked behind him. Phantom turned back a kept running.

Lurana stared after Phantom. her eyes teared up. she howled a heart breaking howl , as her tears fell she walked away. The wind picked up, She began walking into the wind letting her heart shatter for the last time. her fur lost its shine, her eyes went dull as she was walking.

Phantom started to cry, the tears blinded him. Phantom tripped on a log and rolled down the hill, Phantom just layed at the bottom thinking of Lurana and his past.

Dare stood infront of Phantom when he fell down the hill.

"Forget her.... love is nothing... you saw what happened the last time some one loved another."

 

[---Crumplet---]

"I know...about love.." Phantom said faintly, "I don't wish have it again," Phantom said in a harsh tone.

"Then get up..."

Dare had a stern face.

"And forget."

As Lurana walked a huge grizzley bear ran into her, silently her body flew across the clearing and smacked into a tree. Lurana shook her head and stared at teh bear. It roared and charged at her. Lurana yelped and shot out og its way. Her past flew into her mind, she remembered her old masters words about bears and squared her shoulders.
