Wilt Buggins, newcomer to Team Snagem walked into the Mt. Silver HQ. He wasn't so sure what to do, and everyone seemed a little excited. Wilt wondered what was going on but decided to keep quiet not wanting to say something stupid on his first appearance to all of Team Snagem and all the glory within the base.

"Hm? Something wrong?" Sub said as he cocked an eye at Sol. "Too many readings? If so try to focus on just one, it will take some practice to block out all the excess." He explained. "Why thank you Knux! It was a long grueling road, filled with insults by GRAY." He laughed. "If Sol can get the hang of it we might be heading out soon to give this thing an official field test."

"Hopefully we'll be able to field test it ... if Sol doesn't keel over," the brunet said upon seeing the slightly strained look on the hybrid's face. Hopefully Sol would be able to attune himself to the machine's readings.

"Actually, that should be an easier task than you let on. But yes, there's more readings than I anticipated." Blocking all of the excess would be easier said for sure, but he could narrow it a bit. For ease, he kept it as related to fire chi as possible. Anything else? Cut it. Sol continued to put everything he could into the gauntlet, careful not to overload it in the process. Hopefully.
Eventually, he thought, he should come across a much larger reading than the ones he's seen so far. But maybe not here. It wasn't as narrow as he'd like, but if he could keep his focus on one or two kinds of chi, he felt he'd be able to make proper use of this in time. For now, he felt he'd be able to find what the biggest source in an area might be.
"It may be worth giving it a field test now regardless. However, I'd advise staying away from the route between here and Victory Road for the next hour or so. A couple of Ponyta must be doing something to let off more chi than usual. Or something else is, but those and Rapidash seem to be the biggest sources of fire chi around here."

"A field test it is then!" Sub cheered with a grin. "Oh, and you may want to be careful about absorbing too much chi, the Snag Machine can only handle so much, especially Fire chi, which can cause it to overheat so keep that in mind. Though at the same time not enough chi will shorten the range and might prove more difficult to be more precise so it takes a fine balance." He explained to the hybrid. "Regardless, why don't we head to Unova? Of course we'll have to hit up a few cities probably before we find a hint of Victini." He said tapping on the touchscreen of his SNAG, suddenly Claydol would teleport into the main area of HQ, beside Sub. "Thank you GRAY." He said to the device. "Please don't ruin the device in the field test. You leader here is tight on our expenses and refuses to put on for an assembly machine so a replacement will take just as long as the original did." GRAY said speaking up. "Thanks for that GRAY, any who, let's head to Castelia City, the last place Victini was seen." Sub said being teleported away by Claydo.

"GRAY, invest in a relaxation mode. I've no plans to roast this like the Snag Machine I used on Nusku's mother." Sol had already stopped putting in any chi into the machine, giving it a chance to cool down a little. "Still, I'll keep those warnings in mind."
Seeing Claydol, he walked over so he could be teleported off as well.

Knux quickly followed the two of them. Sure, it might turn into a wild goose chase, but with Sub and Sol around things were sure to be interesting. Besides, who could pass up the chance to go after a legend!

Beta Flyer Wilt Buggins, newcomer to Team Snagem walked into the Mt. Silver HQ. He wasn't so sure what to do, and everyone seemed a little excited. Wilt wondered what was going on but decided to keep quiet not wanting to say something stupid on his first appearance to all of Team Snagem and all the glory within the base. "Hello, and welcome to Team Snagem. You have chosen a rather interesting time to show up actually, your teammates have decided to try and find the legend Victini. Perhaps you will join them in their search? There is a Claydol nearby to teleport you to Castelia City." GRAY the artificial intelligence that maintains the Snagem's communication network, the AI spoke from the SNAG device on Wilt's person.

Sub soon appeared back at HQ via Claydol's teleport. Victini was floating above his head as they appeared and Poe was standing at his side looking up at the Victini, not looking pleased about it being here. "Oh calm down Poe, don't be so touchy."

Knux gave a sigh of relief when they were back, but headed away from the others to a nice, open spot. There, he let Elvis, Ted, and Charmer out of their pokeballs. "Alright ... cleaning time," Knux chuckled, seeing as all of them were covered in sand. First off, he got a towel and began dry-rubbing the sand off of Elvis. The Rhyhorn and Charmer wouldn't like water, so he'd get them dry cleaned first before Ted.

Doragon ZantenpesutoDoragon appear in the Hq and sighed. He was disappointed since he didn't get to do anything there. All he wanted was a good fight. Instead he had to chase a legend. 'At least I finally got to ride Majesty,' he thought, looking at his Ponyta. He stuck out his hand to touch her mane. "Good job Majesty," he said, returning her to the Pokeball. He doubted anyone would one someone as big as her walking around.

Wilt was teleported in and rushed over to Victini. He was excited to see that the legend decided to come with them. He was proud of his negotiating skills as well as his Pokemons' battling skills. He let out Typhlo and Electri to meet Victini. Both were very intrigued by the Pokemon. They then went to go sit down and rest after the longest first day ever.

Odd arrived back at HQ via Claydol's Teleport and staggered to the couch, where he flopped down in the first available spot he could find and simply lay there. One might wonder if he was still alive or not until they saw his chest slowly rise and fall with his breathing. He was asleep already, resting from the combination of the mission's happenings and the heat exhaustion he was still recovering from.
